The main configuration of the production method according to the present invention comprises the steps of introducing a mixed mixture (1) material in the form of coarse filaments into the feed roller (2); A first carding step of allowing the mixture materials to be separated and mixed into fine filaments by twisting the
According to the present invention, the first and second carding machines (100,200) and the flow conveyor method of shaking the seat to the left and right to overlap at a 90-degree angle, to produce a sheet material required for automobile interior materials having a uniform density and excellent strength Can
In particular, in the present invention, a material including hemp, which is an environmentally friendly material, may be mixed with other materials with a uniform distribution density.
In addition, according to the present invention, the filaments of the fiber are finely dispersed and uniformly mixed while the mixture material is smoothly twisted. The more the filament material is cut, the lower the strength, so the material such as the patented natural material, such as hemp, is reduced in tension as it is cut. However, according to the method of the present invention, the filament materials are not cut, and thus the filament materials are not cut.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings
As shown in FIG. 1, when the mixture enters, the
That is, when the take-
The mixture lowered by the
This operation is also related to the operation of the
When the mixture remaining in the
Before the mixture enters the upper and

In FIG. 1, a mixture such as a flat and thick quilt drawn out from the upper and

The sheet continues to be fed downward but the
For convenience, when the apparatus of FIG. 1 is referred to as the
Entering the
When the
For reference, briefly, when the sheet is divided into upper and lower parts through the final upper and
The first and second carding operations such as knitting the cotton are briefly summarized using FIG. 4 as follows.
When the sheet material enters, it is processed in the
The mixture sheet, which has been sufficiently fined in the primary carding, is made in the
In addition, while carding, for example, the
In this case, the number of layers, whether six or three, is not important. The six-ply and three-ply can be controlled by adjusting the conveying speed of the sheet, the swinging speed of the left and right, the conveying speed of the conveyor, etc., and finally the final thickness of the sheet is determined. In other words, the thickness of the preceding six layers and the thickness of three subsequent layers are the same. This is because when the thickness is the same, the vertical and horizontal structure is uniform and the tensile strength is the same.
According to the present invention as described above, the mixture material is smoothly twisted, and the filaments of the fiber are thin and well dispersed and uniformly mixed, and the sheet is processed by the overlapping pressing operation in the horizontal and vertical directions to make the sheet even more uniform. It can be processed into strong and tough sheet processing material
