- 산간계곡의 상류 고지대에 건설된 댐 또는 저수지;
상기 댐 또는 상기 저수지의 주변에 건설된 제1충전용저수지;
상기 댐 또는 상기 저수지와 상기 제1충전용저수지를 연결하는 제1수로;
상기 댐 또는 상기 저수지의 방류로 상에 설치된 충전용보;
상기 제1충전용저수지의 주변에 건설된 제2충전용저수지;
상기 제1충전용저수지와 상기 제2충전용저수지를 연결하는 제2수로;
상기 제1충전용저수지의 방류로 상에 설치된 충전용보; 및
상기 제2충전용저수지의 방류로 상에 설치된 충전용보를 포함하고,
상기 댐 또는 상기 저수지에서 방류된 물의 일부가 상기 제1수로를 통해 상기 제1충전용저수지에 공급 및 저장되도록 하여 상기 제1충전용저수지의 주변 지층에 지하수를 충전하며, 상기 제1충전용저수지에서 방류된 물의 일부가 상기 제2수로를 통해 상기 제2충전용저수지에 공급 및 저장되도록 하여 상기 제2충전용저수지의 주변 지층에 지하수를 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하수 충전 및 운용시스템. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 제1충전용저수지, 상기 제2충전용저수지 및 상기 충전용보에 공급되는 물을 정화하는 수질정화장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지하수 충전 및 운용시스템.
