Abstract

PURPOSE: A dash insulator for a vehicle is provided to improve NVH and merchantable quality of the vehicle by efficiently absorbing the noise which is generated in the engine room and flows into the vehicle and improve the fuel economy with a light weight. CONSTITUTION: A dash insulator for a vehicle comprises an upper panel(2) and a lower panel(3). The upper panel comprises a panel structure in which an aluminum foil panel(2a), a polyurethane foam panel, a nonwoven fabric panel(3a) are successively overlapped as three layers. The lower panel comprises the panel structure in which the nonwoven fabric panel, a glass wool panel, and the nonwoven fabric panel are successively overlapped as three layers and is connected to the upper panel.
