Description

차단성이 우수한 포밍 포장재{FORMED PACKAGES WITH MOISTURE BARRIER PROPERTY}FORMED PACKAGES WITH MOISTURE BARRIER PROPERTY}

The present invention relates to a foam packaging material, and more particularly, to a pharmaceutical packaging material which can improve the moisture barrier property and adhesive strength after foaming, to prevent interlayer separation of the substrate, and to improve durability.

In general, drugs, nutrients, and the like for disease treatment or health promotion are manufactured in capsule or tablet form, and then filled and distributed in packaging materials for easy taking and storage. Therefore, it can be said that the role of the packaging material is very important in order to prevent the degradation of the efficacy due to the deterioration, damage of the drug in the distribution process or after the sale to the consumer.

In addition, in recent years, due to the rapid development of domestic drug manufacturing technology, various pharmaceutical products are often exported overseas, and consideration of the geographical environment of the place of production as well as the place of sale has emerged as an important factor in the manufacture of pharmaceutical packaging materials. In particular, in high temperature and high humidity areas such as Southeast Asia, moisture barrier property must be considered to prevent moisture from getting into the chemical, and durability of the packaging material must be considered to prevent the aluminum foil from bursting after forming. do. However, the conventional medicine packaging material has a problem that is not provided at all.

1 is a view showing the structure of a conventional medicine packaging material.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the conventional medicine packaging 10, the first base layer 12 and the second base layer 13 are attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the aluminum foil layer 11. , 15) directly bonded to the form.

In this case, in most chemical packaging materials, the first base layer 12 is made of a nylon film, and the second base layer 13 is made of a poly vinyl chloride film. Since nylon and aluminum foil are hydrophilic materials, the reactivity with water is very high, and when exposed to a high humidity environment, there is a problem in that the adhesive strength between each of them is reduced by actively reacting with water.

In particular, since the basic physical properties of each substrate are changed during the molding of the packaging material for filling the medicine, the deterioration of the adhesive force is inevitably intensified. Accordingly, the nylon and aluminum foil are finally separated, and thus the packaging material cannot function properly. In addition, the merchandise will also fall significantly.

In addition, according to the molding of the packaging material, the aluminum foil may be ruptured to expose the chemicals.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a foaming packaging material that can prevent the deformation of the product due to separation of the base layer by blocking the penetration of moisture into the aluminum foil layer.

In addition, another object of the present invention to provide a foaming packaging material that can improve the durability by preventing the aluminum foil from bursting during molding by strengthening the adhesive strength between the substrates constituting the packaging material.

As a means for solving the above technical problem,

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical packaging material comprising an aluminum foil layer and a first base layer and a second base layer adhered to both surfaces of the aluminum foil layer, respectively, wherein the aluminum foil layer and the first base layer are disposed between the aluminum foil layer and the first base layer. It provides a foaming packaging material excellent in barrier properties, characterized in that the hydrophobic primer layer is formed.

In this case, the foaming packaging material having excellent barrier properties may further include a hydrophobic primer layer formed between the aluminum foil layer and the second substrate layer.

In this case, the hydrophobic primer layer is one of the hydrophobic resins, it may be a resin consisting of a trimer of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate and maleic acid.

In this case, the hydrophobic primer layer may be coated on the aluminum foil layer.

In this case, the first base layer may be a film of 15 to 30㎛ thick made of nylon (Nylon) or polyethylene terephthalate (Polyethylene Terephthalate), the second base layer is a polyvinyl chloride of 45 ~ 70㎛ thick (Poly Vinyl Chloride) or a polyethylene film of 40 ~ 80㎛ thickness may be any one selected from.

According to the present invention, by introducing a hydrophobic primer having excellent water resistance, it is possible to provide a high-quality drug packaging material with little change in physical properties by preventing a decrease in adhesion between the substrates due to moisture penetration after molding.

In addition, the compatibility with the adhesive is good and the durability is improved, not only deep drawing is possible, but also prevents the rupture of the product can be applied to a variety of pocket products.

In addition, since the hydrophobic primer layer forms a coating film, the appearance deformation of the packaging material is minimized even in a high temperature and high humidity environment after filling the drug, thereby improving the commercial property.

The present invention relates to a packaging material for packaging drugs, nutrients, and the like, which has technical characteristics in maximizing durability and commerciality by improving moisture barrier property and adhesive strength, and will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. .

2 is a view showing the structure of the foaming packaging material excellent in blocking properties according to the present invention, Figure 3 is a view showing another structure of the foaming packaging material excellent in blocking properties according to the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 2, the foaming packaging material 100 having excellent barrier properties according to the present invention includes an aluminum foil layer 110, a first base layer 120, a second base layer 130, and adhesive layers 140 and 150. ) And the hydrophobic primer layer 160.

Specifically, the aluminum foil layer 110 is the most basic substrate forming the foaming packaging material 100 and, like most metals, exhibits high hydrophilicity with water molecules.

The first base layer 120 is a substrate adhered to the upper surface of the aluminum foil layer 110 to form an outer surface of the foaming packaging material (100).

In this case, a resin material is used as the first base layer 120, and more specifically, may be appropriately selected from nylon and polyethylene terephthalate.

On the other hand, among the above-mentioned resin materials, nylon is used in a high humidity environment because the moisture vapor permeability (ie, the amount of water vapor passing through 1 m 2 for a certain time under a prescribed temperature and humidity) is very high compared to other materials. In this case, a large amount of moisture is transmitted to reach the aluminum foil layer 110.

Therefore, in the present invention, the hydrophobic primer layer 160 was introduced to prevent the penetration of moisture. Details thereof will be described later.

Subsequently, the second substrate layer 130 constitutes an inner surface of the foaming packaging material 100 as a substrate adhered to the lower surface of the aluminum foil layer 110.

In this case, the second base layer 130 may be formed of a resin material similar to the first base layer 120. If necessary, polyvinyl chloride and non-stretched polypropylene may be used. . Polyethylene, etc. can be used.

Meanwhile, although the types of the first base layer 120 and the second base layer 130 are listed in detail for the purpose of implementation of the present invention, the material of each base layer is not limited thereto. It is to be understood that other resin materials may also be used depending on the required properties or applications such as printability, impact resistance, cold resistance, friction resistance, and mechanical properties.

Next, the adhesive layer (140, 150) is a means for laminating the respective substrates in the present invention can be used a variety of adhesives of well-known form in addition to using a two-component adhesive of Urethane Base.

Finally, the hydrophobic primer layer 160 is formed between the aluminum foil layer 110 and the first base layer 120 in a characteristic configuration of the present invention. In this case, the hydrophobic primer layer 160 is formed of a trimer of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, and maleic acid, and uses a method of coating the surface of the aluminum foil layer 110.

As described above, when the hydrophobic primer layer 160 is coated between the aluminum foil layer 110 and the first base layer 120, the hydrophobic primer layer 160 may have a kind of resistance due to its water resistance and inactivity with water. As the blocking film is formed, moisture transmitted from the outside through the first base layer 120 is blocked without reaching the aluminum foil layer 110.

In addition, the hydrophobic primer layer 160 may block the reaction with the hydroxyl group (OH group) remaining in the adhesive layer 140 to prevent the separation of the layer due to moisture between the substrate as well as the adhesive layer 140 Since it is compatible with and excellent in durability, it is possible to increase the adhesive strength between the substrates and to prevent the aluminum foil and nylon from rupturing.

Meanwhile, although the hydrophobic primer layer 160 is coated only on the upper surface of the aluminum foil layer 110, the aluminum foil layer (as shown in FIG. 3) to increase moisture barrier property and adhesive strength is illustrated. It is also possible to additionally coat the lower surface of 110).

The foaming packaging material excellent in blocking properties according to the present invention has been described above. Hereinafter will be described in detail for the manufacturing method of the excellent foaming packaging material according to the present invention.

First, a hydrophobic primer is coated on the upper surface of the prepared aluminum foil by a known method. Thereafter, a urethane adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the aluminum foil having the primer layer formed thereon, and the first base layer is laminated thereon by dry lamination, followed by drying, followed by pressure bonding. Subsequently, the second base layer is bonded and laminated on the lower surface of the aluminum foil in the same manner, and finally, the product is finished by slitting to meet the needs of the user.
