Description
The present invention relates to a protective structure of a non-demolition tunnel shaft, and more particularly, to construct a protective tunnel, which is a temporary structure installed to protect workers and construction equipment from falling rocks or earth and sand at the tunnel shaft with excavation of the tunnel. The present invention relates to a protective structure of a non-demolition tunnel shaft portion to be included in a structure forming a shaft portion without being demolished at the same time and to be utilized as an outer formwork for constructing an open tunnel.
In general, when the tunnel is constructed, the supporting materials are placed in sequence while rock and soil are excavated at the entrance of the tunnel, and a plurality of interval supports are interposed between the supporting materials to support the supporting materials. When completed, shotcrete is placed on the support material, which is the interval support, to perform the primary tunnel excavation work.
As such tunnel construction method, the steel support method (ASSM) method in which steel material and concrete lining are considered as the main material, and the ground itself is considered as the main material, and NATM (New, which is reinforced with shotcrete, rock-bolt, steel support, etc.) There is an Austrian Tunneling Method (TBN) method and a Tunnel Boring Machine Method (TBM) method using crushing and excavation of rock, but the NATM method is the most common in Korea, and the construction experience is rich and a lot of technologies are accumulated.
These tunnels are constructed with shotcrete on the excavated surface, and then a non-woven fabric or waterproof sheet is used to construct a waterproof membrane connected to the drainage channel, and concrete lining is then formed to form the tunnel wall surface and finish the interior material on the tunnel wall. By doing so.
On the other hand, the shaft portion of the tunnel as shown in Figure 1a to 1d to install a temporary fixture in the form of protruding from the shaft portion of the tunnel in order to protect workers and construction equipment from rockfall or earth and sand collapse. The following describes the facilities.
After the entrance of the tunnel, namely, NATM point, the
After that, in order to install the steel formwork used in the construction of the concrete lining in the shaft, and to install the reinforcement assembly and plywood formwork outside the concrete lining, the above-mentioned fixtures must be removed.
Conventional temporary fixtures that must be removed after installation to form an open tunnel in the shaft portion cause the following problems.
Temporary installations to protect workers and construction equipment from rockfall or earth and sand collapse and formwork for laying open-tunnel concrete lining are essential preparations for the construction of open tunnels, but the installation and The decommissioning is expensive and time consuming.
In addition, in the state of dismantling the temporary facility, there is no protective measure until the plywood formwork is installed after the reinforcement of the open tunnel. Degradation problems may occur.
In addition, the concrete lining and the open-tunnel at the time of NATM differ not only in the level of the height difference, but also in the construction of the waterproof membrane and the tunnel and the open-tunnel in two materials, respectively. There is a problem that the quality can not be assured of being degraded.
The present invention is to solve the above problems, the problem is,
In addition to the excavation of the tunnel, the protective structure, which is a temporary facility installed to protect workers and construction equipment from falling rocks or earth and sand, is included in the structure that forms the shaft as it is, without being removed during the construction of the opening tunnel. It is to provide a protective structure of the non-demolition tunnel shaft portion to be used as an outer formwork for construction.
In addition, the present invention is a non-demolition type to improve the waterproof quality by maintaining the same adhesion of the waterproof membrane by continuously applying a single material to the waterproof membrane construction between the tunnel and the opening tunnel in the gang without any difference in materials To provide a protective structure for the tunnel shaft.
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention,
In constructing the protective structure of the tunnel shaft to protect the tunnel shaft from falling rocks and earth and sand collapse, and to use it as an external formwork for building an open tunnel.
In the
Pouring the first shotcrete into the upper portion of the paper holding 20,
Place a second shotcrete of a predetermined thickness on top of the primary shotcrete,
From the shotcrete lining in the pit to the primary shotcrete of the open tunnel, the waterproofing material is applied continuously,
As the primary shotcrete surface of the cutoff tunnel is utilized as formwork, the cutoff tunnel lining is constructed.
In addition, the present invention to solve the above problems,
The waterproofing material is characterized in that it is applied continuously through the step from the shotcrete lining in the gang across the end of the primary shotcrete of the open tunnel.
When the present invention as described above is applied to the open tunnel of the tunnel shaft portion has the following effects.
First, since the protective structure of the present invention is a structure that serves to protect workers and construction equipment from falling rocks or earth and sand, as well as a formwork for forming an open tunnel at the same time as a conventional structure, it is necessary to dismantle. Not only that, but also the cost and time can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional.
In addition, since the protective structure according to the present invention acts as a formwork until the cut off tunnel is constructed, the quality of the conventional concrete joints is deteriorated by blocking foreign matters such as falling rocks and earth and sand from falling on the surface after assembling the cutoff tunnel. You can improve the problem.
In addition, according to the protective structure according to the present invention, since the waterproof membrane construction can be continuously applied to one material of the waterproof material in the gang without making a difference in the material in the tunnel and the open tunnel, the adhesion of the waterproof membrane is remarkably compared to the prior art. Improved, good waterproof quality can be expected.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the protective structure of the non-demolition tunnel shaft portion according to the present invention is a structure of the
That is, the
In addition, the
When the curing of the
In addition, the tunnel shaft protection structure according to the present invention is nonwoven and waterproof over the
In addition, since the tunnel shaft protection structure according to the present invention is constructed as a non-demolition type unlike the conventional one, the inner surface of the
On the other hand, the reason why the
The construction sequence of the present invention configured as described above is described in more detail as follows.
NATM시점을 경계로 하여 법면 형성 후 갱구부의 상단 및 좌우측에 록-볼트 설치, 강관 다단 그라우팅, 와이어메쉬, 숏크리트 타설 등 사면 보강을 한다(이에 대한 설명은 종래의 그것과 동일하기 때문에 번호의 부여는 생략한다).After the surface is formed at the NATM point, slope-reinforcement such as rock bolt installation, steel pipe multi-stage grouting, wire mesh, shotcrete casting, etc. is applied to the top and left and right sides of the shaft part. Omit).
In addition, the process of constructing the foundation concrete for installing the anchor bolt and connecting the
