도 2는 본 발명에 따른 고휘도 청색 발광 나노콜로이드의 UV-Vis 스펙트럼을 나타낸 것이며,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 고휘도 청색 발광 나노콜로이드의 발광 스펙트럼을 나타낸 것이고,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 고휘도 청색 발광 나노콜로이드의 IR 스펙트럼을 나타낸 것이며,
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 고휘도 청색 발광 나노콜로이드의 시간에 따른 광발광(Photoluminescence, PL)의 변화를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (5)
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 나노콜로이드는 상기 화학식 1의 비스-카르복시에틸게르마늄 세스퀴옥사이드 및 실리콘 나노 결정을 1 : 0.1 내지 1 : 1 중량비로 포함하는 고휘도 청색 발광 나노콜로이드. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 나노콜로이드는 350 nm 이상의 피크 파장을 갖는 청색광을 발광하는 고휘도 청색 발광 나노콜로이드. - 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 4항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 나노콜로이드는 영상화 조영제로 사용하는 고휘도 청색 발광 나노콜로이드.
