Description
The present invention relates to a method for dismantling pig iron in a smelting furnace capable of streamlining cutting operations and efficiently dismantling pig iron.
In the background art, a plurality of blast holes in the longitudinal direction are drilled into the remaining pig iron and then blasted to sequentially destroy the remaining pig iron. The number of punctures of the blasting hole is formed by the number necessary for one blasting operation. This is because even if the number of blasting holes exceeding the required number is drilled in advance, it is unknown how the pig iron remaining by the blasting operation will collapse, and the blasting holes formed are destroyed and cannot be used for subsequent blasting operations. In addition, even if the punching medium that travels and moves the remaining pig iron on the blast hole passes through the blast hole, the blast hole formed in advance may be damaged and the use thereof may not be possible.
Therefore, the number of blast holes was to be formed as many as necessary for each blasting operation. For this reason, when the blasting work is carried out plural times, the work of carrying out or carrying out the middle drilling machine into the blast furnace is necessary before each blasting work. There was a problem that it was troublesome and inefficient.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for dismantling pig iron in a smelting furnace which is capable of streamlining cutting operations and which can efficiently dismantle pig iron.

When repairing the
First, as shown in FIG.2 and FIG.3, the some
In order to finish loading and unloading of the
As shown in FIG.2 and FIG.4, the
4 and 5 show an example of the
The
Therefore, at least the inner
The
In the example of illustration, the
When the deformation | transformation form of the
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the
Thereafter, the gunpowder G is loaded into the
About the blasting work after the next time, except the case where all the blasting holes 7 were cut in advance,
In the pig iron dismantling method in the blast furnace according to the present embodiment described above, the
Moreover, the concealing
In the above embodiment, the work is performed after the cut-off
