Description
The present invention relates to a floating land loading system, and more particularly, to transport the captured live fish to the muzzle, and then quickly transport the live fish to minimize the ecological impact of the live fish by loading it directly into the live fishing car, without loading on the live fishing car. Of course, it is related to the floating land loading system improved to be able to work easily in the muzzle as well as other muzzles because it is movable because it is floating.
In general, live fish conveying systems are widely used to deliver wild or farmed live fish directly to the consumer as alive as possible.
This prevalence of live fish is the preferred method for consumers because it keeps the fresh state of fish as best as possible.
However, in order to supply in such a live state, the live fish of the ship should be transported as fast as possible to a live fish vehicle.
Conventionally, the structure of distributing live fish of live vessels to live car is to ship the fish from the sea cage and the sea cage to the fishing port of the fishing boat and transport them to the port. Two people are arranged in a boat and two live boats waiting on the land.
Two of them were in charge of fishing in the fishing vessels of the fishing boats in the small container (a tool that can hold about 20kg of fish and has a hole to drain water) The two men on the ground are responsible for lifting a small container filled with fish from the fishing boat to the ground, checking the weight on the scale, and lifting it back onto the live car.
In addition, the two people in the live fishing car receive a small container which is put on the live fish car, and are responsible for distributing them to the fishing tank of the live fish car.
Such live fish transportation means is usually carried by at least 40 times of the gardening in the case of a vehicle carrying 800 kg of live fish on the stage, and such passive transportation takes a lot of loss and takes more than 30 minutes to transfer the fish to stress There is a problem that the quality is reduced.
In general, live fish cars are equipped with various safety devices such as oxygen generators, sea water filters, and temperature controllers. Once live fish are placed in the tank of live fish, they can be transported to the consumer market while maintaining the live fish condition.
However, from the ships to the tanks of vehicles on land, it is not possible to provide proper means to transport live fishes as freshly as possible and less stressed. Is the current situation.
In case of 5 ton live fish, a small container of 40 kg is required to carry 800 kg of fish per vehicle. As a result, the work is done inefficiently, and the weight lost in one transfer is not large, but the amount of overlapping 40 times cannot be ignored.
In addition, the longer the working time becomes more stress on the fish, eventually leading to the deterioration of live fish quality, and death.

In this way, when the work preparation is completed, the driving
When the container is lowered, the live fish from the fishing boat is transferred to the container.
Here, the term container is selected for the sake of explanation, and it does not mean that the container is a container that is commonly used for cargo transportation, and it is reasonable to interpret it as a container capable of carrying large quantities of live fish.
In addition, the amount that can be lifted, transported at a time through the container is suitable for about 3 tons.
When the appropriate amount of live fish is stored in the container through the operation process, the
Thus, when the transfer to the land is completed, the driving of the driving
In other words, the fishing boats carrying live fish are pressed into the land berth, and the live fish from the fishing boats are transferred to the land, and the ships are not directly and lived on the fishing boats. Since live fish can be loaded, working time can be shortened and more damage to live fish does not occur, thereby ensuring excellent quality.
By repeating the above operation, it is possible to load live fish directly from the fishing boat into the live fishing car, and when the work is completed, the anchored fishing boat is discharged and other waiting fishing boats are drawn in to perform the same work.
