Claims (4)
- 항공기 조종면의 유격을 측정하는 장치에 관한 것으로서,상기 조종면에 소정의 외력을 인가하여 조종면을 상하방향으로 회동시키는 로딩부와;상기 조종면의 일측면에 접촉되게 배치되어 조종면의 변위를 측정하여 이 측정된 변위를 전기적인 신호로 변환하는 적어도 하나 이상의 변위측정센서와;상기 변위측정센서에 접속되어 변위측정센서로부터 측정된 전기적인 변위신호를 출력하는 출력장치를 포함하되,상기 로딩부는 조종면의 일측단부에 클램프를 매개로 연결된 제1부하판과, 와이어를 통해 상기 제1부하판에 연결된 제2부하판과, 상기 와이어의 이동을 안내하는 복수의 고정풀리와, 상기 복수의 고정풀리를 지지하는 지지프레임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항공기 조종면의 유격 측정장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변위측정센서는 기계적 변위를 전기적인 신호로 바꿔주도록 이동자의 이동으로 1차 코일에서 2차코일에 유도되는 상호 인덕턴스를 변화시키는 선형가변 변위변환기(LVDT, Linear Variable Displacement Transducer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 항공기 조종면의 유격 측정장치.
- 제1항의 측정장치에 의한 항공기 조종면의 유격 측정방법에 관한 것으로서,상기 제1부하판의 중량을 일정하게 유지시킨 상태에서 제2부하판의 중량을 점증적으로 증가시키면서 조종면의 상향 이동변위를 측정하는 제1단계와;상기 제1부하판의 중량을 일정하게 유지시킨 상태에서 제2부하판의 중량을 점증적으로 감소시켜 조종면의 하향 이동변위를 측정하는 제2단계와;상기 제1 및 제2 단계에서 인가되는 외력을 조종면의 힌지점을 중심으로 한 힌지 모멘트로 변환하고, 조종면의 수직 이동변위를 조종면의 힌지점을 중심으로 한 회동각도로 변환하는 제3단계와;상기 제3단계에서의 얻어진 조종면의 상향 및 하향 회동각도의 평균치를 연산하여 조종면의 유격량을 도출하는 제4단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항공기 조종면의 유격 측정방법.
