상기 제1과정에서 만들어진 알긴산나트륨용액 33~58중량%와, 상기 제3과정에서 표백된 해초추출물 40~65중량%, 보존료인 메틸파라벤 1.0~3.5중량%를 교반기에 투입하여 1~2시간 동안 100~150rpm/min 으로 중속 교반하는 제4과정과;(ST 4)
