상기 절삭유를 공급받아 물에 혼합시켜 형성된 희석액을 다시 공급하기 위해 절삭유와 물을 각각 분리 저장하는 저장부와, 상기 절삭유를 물에 혼합시켜 희석액으로 혼합시키는 와류기 및 상기 희석액을 저장하는 혼합탱크에 저장하고, 이 희석액을 다시 공급하기 위한 혼합기;
상기 혼합기에서 희석액이 배출되도록 배출량을 제어하는 정량제어부;
상기 혼합기에서 희석액을 공급하기 위한 배출관;
상기 혼합기에서 희석액을 공급받아 저장조에 저장하여 다수의 공작기계에 희석액을 공급하기 위해 이동가능한 이동대차;
