절삭유가 저장되고, 개폐 가능하도록 이루어지는 제1 저장부;
물이 저장되며, 작업에 필요한 수납도구가 수납되는 수납공간이 구성되는 제2 저장부;
절삭유 원액과 물을 각각 혼합되는 공간으로 공급하는 정량 펌프;
상기 정량 펌프를 통해 공급된 절삭유와 물을 정해진 비율로 혼합하기 위한 혼합 와류기;
상기 절삭유와 물의 혼합 비율을 제어하고, 이 절삭유 공급 및 물 공급을 자동으로 제어하며, 절삭유의 농도를 자동 조절하되 1단계에서 9단계까지 나누어서 일정하게 제어하고, 상기 제1 저장부에 저장된 절삭유가 부족하면 경고 메세지를 표시하고, 공작기계를 정지시키는 제어반;
상기 혼합 와류기를 통해 절삭유와 물이 혼합된 희석액을 저장하는 혼합탱크;를 포함하되,
상기 절삭유를 물에 투입하여 혼합된 혼합탱크의 희석액을 공작기계에 정량씩 공급하기 위한 자동가압펌프;
상기 혼합탱크에 저장된 희석액을 배출시켜 공작기계에 직접 공급하는 절삭유 공급관;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 자동 공급장치.
