Claims (4)

희석액저장부에 수용되는 희석액을 희석절삭유저장부로 이송함에 따라 상기 희석액과 절삭원액이 혼합되어 상기 희석절삭유저장부에 수용되는 절삭원액 희석장치; 상기 절삭원액 희석장치로부터 희석절삭유가 공급되어 저장되며, 상기 희석절삭유의 사용에 따라 상기 희석절삭유가 배출되는 희석절삭유 공급부; 및 상기 희석절삭유 공급부와 연결되며, 상기 희석절삭유 공급부에 저장되는 상기 희석절삭유가 위치에너지에 의해 공급되도록 상기 희석절삭유 공급부보다 낮은 위치에 구비되는 절삭유 개별공급부;를 포함하며,
상기 절삭원액 희석장치는, 상기 희석액저장부와 상기 희석절삭유저장부를 각각 구비하는 본체; 상기 절삭원액을 수용하는 절삭원액저장탱크에 결합되며, 상기 희석액과 상기 절삭원액을 혼합하는 유체혼합유닛; 상기 본체에 구비되어 상기 희석액저장부의 상기 희석액을 상기 유체혼합유닛을 통해 상기 희석절삭유저장부로 이송시키는 제1펌프; 및 상기 본체에 구비되어 상기 희석절삭유저장부의 상기 희석절삭유를 이송시키는 제2펌프;를 포함하고,
상기 희석절삭유 공급부는, 상기 희석절삭유가 수용되도록 상기 절삭원액 희석장치와 연결되는 메인저장탱크;
상기 메인저장탱크에 구비되어 상기 희석절삭유의 수위를 감지하는 절삭유감지부재; 및
상기 메인저장탱크와 상기 절삭원액 희석장치를 연결하며, 상기 희석절삭유 공급부로 이송되는 상기 희석절삭유의 이물질을 필터링하면서 역류를 방지하도록 역류방지밸브를 구비하는 절삭유이송라인;을 포함하고,
상기 절삭유 개별공급부는, 상기 희석절삭유가 사용되는 복수의 공작기계와 대응되게 구비되어 상기 희석절삭유가 저장되며, 상기 메인저장탱크보다 낮은 위치에 설치되는 보조저장탱크;
상기 보조저장탱크와 상기 메인저장탱크를 연결하는 개별공급라인; 및
상기 보조저장탱크에 구비되어 상기 희석절삭유의 공급을 차단하는 절삭유차단밸브;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 자동희석 공급시스템.
