Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a grouting device and a method that can be used for both low pressure injection and high pressure injection, and more specifically, using a conventional low pressure injection grouting device by high-pressure spraying grout, stirring and mixing the earth and sand without grouting equipment The present invention relates to a grouting apparatus and a grouting method using the apparatus thereby enabling efficient construction without interruption of work.
In general, the boring grouting method is a method that is implemented for the reinforcement of the ground when a significant risk to the safety of buildings or structures due to the order to prevent the inflow of water, reinforcement or ground subsidence of the soft ground. There are two types of grouting methods for construction work. One is a low pressure (10 kg / cm 2 ) chemical injection method that allows the grout to penetrate the soil particles without disturbing the soil particles. The other method is to stir the soil particles with a high pressure grout by agitated mixing method through a high pressure (100 ~ 200kg / cm 2 ) spraying to form the order wall by allowing the ground soil particles to be stirred with the injected grout. Or ground reinforcement.
Stirred mixing processes require larger equipment when performing the chemical liquid injection process and consequently require a larger working space. On the other hand, the chemical liquid injection method can be performed with a relatively small equipment, but the effect of improving the ground in terms of strength than the case of using a stirred mixing method is inferior. As such, the grouting method through chemical injection and the grouting method through stirring and mixing are completely separate methods with their respective advantages and disadvantages, and in the related art, the combination of equipment for performing each method is different, so the equipment is not mixed when performing each method. Without the use of separate equipment.
In the case of chemical injection method, when the ground condition changes and the beach ground contains fine-grained sand or soft viscous soil, grout does not penetrate into the ground evenly and is injected into a vein and does not see the effect of order or ground improvement. . In this case, a method of stirring the grout with the ground itself by using a stirring mixing method of spraying a high pressure grout is effective, but if a chemical mixing method is performed and a stirring mixing method is performed, the technician and equipment are all changed. And there is a problem in that economic and time losses occur.
On the other hand, when performing the conventional stirring mixing method has been sprayed by inserting a separate injection device to enable the grout injection after the boring rod is completely drawn after drilling. Even when a device having an injection tip device is provided at the tip of the boring rod to perform the drilling operation and the injection liquid injection operation simultaneously, the conventional injection tip device can inject the injection liquid only in the vertical direction. After the completion of the operation, without any additional replacement work is injected into the boring rod through the tip of the boring rod after the continuous injection of the grout to the side of the boring rod, there is no device that can be stirred with the ground.
As a result, in the prior art, there was a problem in that the working efficiency was lowered during the stirring mixing construction. In addition, after drilling the ground and drawing the drilling rod and replacing it with the injection side injection device, the independence of the drilling hole is reduced due to the complexity of the lipids and the groundwater outflow inside the drilling hole. There was a problem that the work caused time and economic waste.
The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a front end device for stirring and mixing the ground and grout so as to perform both grouting method of low pressure chemical liquid injection method and high pressure stirring mixing method using the same equipment It is to provide a grouting device and a grouting method using the device that can be mixed in both the low pressure chemical liquid injection method and the high pressure stirred mixing method construction including the tip of the chemical liquid injection device.
Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is the ability to spray water or grout in the direction of the tip of the boring rod without a separate device or replacement work while drilling the ground when performing a stirring mixing method and the water or grout is injected laterally It is to provide a spray conversion device that can perform a function together.

And a first through hole extending in a longitudinal direction from one end and a second through hole extending laterally from a side surface and communicating with the first through hole, and the support of the injection conversion cylinder. And a push arm protruding from one end of the secondary side, wherein the injection conversion cylinder moves so that the injection target material is injected through only one of the one end of the casing or the external injection hole.
In addition, the grouting method according to an aspect of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned another technical problem of the present invention is an underground chemical solution injection method for low-pressure injection of grout in the ground through a removable tip device provided on the boring rod tip The method of
According to the present invention as described above, by spraying the high pressure grout to the side by using a grouting device for performing a chemical injection method by injecting a low pressure grout at the tip of the boring rod simply by replacing only the tip device to the ground It can be stirred and mixed with the grout. As a result, it is possible to alternately perform the chemical liquid injection operation and the stirring mixing treatment operation, which were previously performed separately through different equipment, as needed using the same equipment, thereby significantly reducing the construction cost and improving the construction speed. You can.
In addition, according to the present invention as described above, by changing the spraying direction of the punched water or grout by using the weight of the device itself without a separate device or replacement during the stirring mixing process operation, eliminating unnecessary work during the grouting process to reduce the work efficiency It can raise and shorten the air.

The number and arrangement of the external injection holes 120 may be determined according to the injection amount and the injection direction when the injection target material such as water or grout passing through the
According to another embodiment, a plurality of external injection holes 120 are formed in the
According to another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the plurality of external injection holes 120 may be arranged in an annular shape along the circumference of the
Referring back to FIG. 2, the
When the
At this time, one
In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the
The second through
According to another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the cross-sectional width may be reduced on at least a portion of the supporting
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 4, the
As shown in FIG. 4, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the injection conversion apparatus may further include a
Referring back to Figure 2, the injection conversion device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a push arm (300). The
Hereinafter, the operation of the injection converting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6.
As can be seen in Figure 5 and 6, in the present embodiment the
FIG. 5 is a view in which a member including a
On the other hand, Figure 6 shows a state when the injection conversion device is drawn after the drilling of the ground is completed. When the injection converter moves upward as the apparatus is pulled out, the
Hereinafter, a grouting method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The grouting method according to an embodiment of the present invention is a method for low pressure injection of grout into the ground through a detachable tip injection device provided at the tip of the boring rod 610, in place of the tip injection device removable high-pressure injection device (1 ) The boring rod 610 to the front end, the boring rod 610 is rotated and perforated the ground, and the high pressure injection device (1) sprays the high-pressure grout to the side to stir and mix the grout with earth and sand It includes a step.
At this time, the step of boring the boring rod 610 may further include the step of spraying a high-pressure punched water from the tip of the boring rod 610, the boring rod 610 is rotated and bored the ground The
In addition, the upward movement of the
As shown in FIG. 5, the tip of the
