Abstract
Description
도 2는 선량 6 Gy의 방사선조사 후 4일 경과한 MCF7세포주의 노화-관련 베타-갈락토시다아제 활성 염색사진(A)과 노화-관련 베타-갈락토시다아제 양성을 보이는 세포의 비율을 나타낸 그래프(B)이다.
도 3은 선량 6 Gy의 방사선조사 후 10일 동안 형성된 종양세포주의 집락 촬영사진(A)과 집락 계수 결과 그래프(B)이다.
도 4는 방사선 조사 후 4일째까지 날짜별로 증가하는 WIG1단백질의 발현을 확인한 웨스턴블럿팅 결과(A)와 YPEL5 단백질의 발현을 확인한 웨스턴블럿팅 결과(B)이다.
도 5는 WIG1에 대한 작은 간섭 RNA (siWIG1)를 주입한 후 유방암 종양세포주에서 WIG1 단백질 발현의 감소를 확인한 웨스턴블럿팅 결과(A)와 YPEL5에 대한 작은 간섭 RNA (siYPEL5)를 주입한 후 유방암 종양세포주에서 YPEL5 단백질의 발현 감소를 확인한 웨스턴블럿팅 결과(B)이다.

Claims (22)
- WIG1(wildtype p53 induced gene-1) 및 YPEL5(yippee-like 5)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 유전자 또는 상기 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질에 대한 억제제를 포함하는 항암용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항암은 종양세포노화에 의한 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 mRNA인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 억제제는 siRNA인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 siRNA는 센스서열이 서열번호 7 또는 9로 암호화된 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단백질에 대한 억제제는 항체인 조성물.
- WIG1(wildtype p53 induced gene-1) 및 YPEL5(yippee-like 5)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 유전자의 mRNA에 대해 상보적인 서열을 갖는 핵산 또는 상기 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질에 대한 항체를 포함하는 항암제 스크리닝용 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 핵산은 상기 mRNA에 상보적인 DNA인 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 DNA는 서열번호 11 또는 12의 염기서열로 암호화된 것인 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 항암제는 종양세포 조기노화 유도에 의한 항암제인 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 항암제는 유전자 억제제 또는 항체인 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유전자 억제제는 siRNA인 조성물.
