A fire escape hatch switchgear for high-rise buildings.
In the event of a fire in a high-rise building, there is often a great deal of damage from hot flames and toxic fumes in the smoke, because there is no easily avoidable space and no means of escape.
In order to solve this problem, various techniques have been proposed, and the present applicant has applied for or registered several patents to solve such problems.
Among the registered patents or pending applications of the applicant, as a way to actively avoid the scene in the event of a fire in a high-rise, a hole through which a person can pass through the floor wall of each floor of a high-rise building, and the wall of the lower floor There are a number of devices in which fixed or folding ladders can be installed in the building to escape downstairs through the hatch of the floor wall in the event of a fire.
However, there are some problems with these existing devices, one of which is that the floor wall of the building has a certain thickness, so when a hatch is drilled in the floor wall, it has a wall surface corresponding to the floor wall thickness. When the hatch is installed, and the hatch is provided with a hatch, a recess is formed on the side of the hatch corresponding to the height of the hatch, which is not only in appearance but also inconvenient for everyday life without a risk of fire. There is a problem.
