Description

LOWER CHANNEL OF DOOR FOR AUTOMOBILE

The present invention relates to a lower channel assembly of an automobile door, and more particularly, to a lower channel assembly of an automobile door that enables a lower channel supporting a door glass of an automobile to be easily mounted to the door panel.

In general, non-module type vehicles are equipped with a separate lower channel in the door latch to prevent the flow of the door glass.

If the door frame 2 extends to the lower end of the door panel 1, the installation work of the door latch 5 becomes difficult in the design line in the future, so as to the door frame 5 near the door latch 5 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. (2), the door latch 5 is first attached to the door panel 1, and the lower channel 3 made of steel or plastic is then mounted.

As such, the existing lower channel 3 must be installed after the door latch 5 is first mounted and then installed separately from the door frame 2, resulting in difficulty in the work process, resulting in assembly and workability. In addition to the deterioration, it is difficult to accurately connect the lower end of the door frame 2, which may cause a quality problem in which the door glass is shaken at the connection part when the door glass is operated.

For reference, in order to minimize the above-described quality problems in the existing vehicle and improve the assemblability of the lower channel 3, as shown in FIG. 3, the door frame is adopted by adopting a fitting method on the upper side of the lower channel 3. It was assembled in (2).

The present invention has been invented to solve the above problems, by integrating the lower channel with the door frame via the connection bracket and configured to remove the interference with the door latch, thereby improving the assembly of the lower channel It is an object of the present invention to provide a lower channel assembly of a door for an automobile in which quality problems are zero in door glass operation.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention, the lower channel is configured integrally with the door frame via a connecting bracket, the connecting bracket is hinged to the lower end of the door frame so that the lower channel does not interfere with the door latch The lower channel assembly of an automobile door is provided so as to be rotatable and moveable, so that the lower end of the lower channel returned after mounting of the door latch is coupled to the door panel.

Preferably, the lower end of the door frame is formed through the rotation guide for guiding the rotational movement of the connection bracket, the connection bracket is formed to project the guide projection to move along the rotation guide.

More preferably, the top end of the rotating guide is formed to a size that the guide protrusion can be pressed.

According to the present invention, as the lower channel is configured to remove interference with the door latch and is integrally formed with the door frame, the door latch can be post-mounted to the door panel while the lower channel is first coupled to the door frame. As a result, assembly and workability may be improved, and thus productivity may be increased.

In addition, the coupling accuracy between the door frame and the lower channel is improved to enable smooth operation of the door glass, and also to prevent operation joints.

4 is a view showing a mounting structure of a lower channel assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention;
5 is a view illustrating a main structure of a lower channel assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 6 is a perspective view illustrating a main part structure of FIG. 5. FIG.
7A-7C illustrate a mounting process of a lower channel assembly in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In order to prevent the flow of the automobile door glass (see 4 in FIG. 1), the lower channel 13 disposed in a stacked structure in front of the door latch 15 of the door panel 11 may be arranged in a manner similar to that of the door latch 15. It is configured to be pre-mounted to improve the assembly and workability of the lower channel (13).

To this end, the present invention is configured to integrate the lower channel 13 formed at the lower end of the door frame 12 with the door frame 12 using the connection bracket 14.

In other words, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the lower channel 13 is coupled to the other end of the connection bracket 14 coupled to the lower end of the door frame 12 formed above the door latch 15 to separate the configuration. The door frame 12 and the lower channel 13 are preassembled in one piece.

The connection bracket 14 is fastened by a hinge coupling so that one side thereof is coupled to the door frame 12 so as to enable rotational movement, and the other side thereof is coupled to the lower channel 13 when the connecting bracket 14 is rotated. The lower channel 13 is fixedly coupled to rotate integrally.

For example, the connection bracket 14 may be coupled to the door frame 12 and the lower channel 13 by riveting, and in particular, the door frame 12 may be riveted so that the connection bracket 14 is rotatable. .

5 and 6, the lower end of the door frame 12 is connected to the connecting bracket 14 and the lower bracket about the hinge point P (rotation shaft) rotatably coupled to the connecting bracket 14. The rotation guide 12a for guiding the rotational movement of the channel 13 is formed through.

The rotation guide 12a is formed in a predetermined section based on the hinge point P of the door frame 12 to guide the rotation movement section of the connection bracket 14.

In addition, a guide protrusion 14a which flows along the rotation guide 12a protrudes from the upper rear surface of the connection bracket 14.

For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the guide protrusion 14a may be formed in a hemispherical shape so as to be suitable to move along the rotation guide 12a which is formed in a substantially arc-shaped curved shape.

In addition, the top end of the rotary guide 12a is formed to have a width that is about 0.5 mm smaller than the diameter of the guide protrusion 14a to prevent interference of the door latch 15 that is mounted later by the guide protrusion 14a being press-fitted. The connecting bracket 14 and the lower channel 13, which are rotated for the purpose, can be fixed in position.

That is, the top end of the rotary guide 12a is formed to a size that the guide protrusion 14a can be press-fitted, so that the rotationally connected connecting bracket 14 can be fixed at the position, and the position of the lower channel 13 Enable fixation.

Accordingly, the lower channel 13 can be rotatably moved to a position without interference with the door latch 15, and the door latch 13 is mounted at a predetermined position of the door panel 11, and then the door latch 15 is mounted. Return to the laminated structure in front of the arrangement is completed by assembling the lower end of the door panel 11 by bolting or the like.

Hereinafter, a mounting process of the lower channel assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

Referring to FIGS. 7A to 7C, the lower channel 13 is positioned as shown in FIG. 7A before the door panel 11 is introduced into the design line.

That is, the lower channel 13 is hinged through the connection bracket 14 at the bottom of the door frame 12 and is inserted into the design line in a state of being rotated as shown in FIG. 7A.

At this time, the lower channel 13 rotated is fixed to the guide protrusion 14a by being pressed into and fixed to the top end of the rotary guide 12a, thereby allowing the operator to easily mount the door latch 15. Will be.

As described above, the door panel 11 is introduced into the design line while the lower channel 13 is pre-coupled to the lower end of the door frame 12, and then the door latch 11 is positioned at a predetermined position of the door panel 11 as shown in FIG. 7B. 15) is mounted after the lower channel 13 without interference, and then the operator rotates the lower channel 13 to its original position as shown in FIG. 7C and then moves the lower end of the lower channel 13 to the door panel 11. Tighten by bolting to complete the installation.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the lower channel 13 is integrally formed with the door frame 12 in a structure capable of removing interference with the door latch 15, the lower channel 13 is connected to the door frame 12. The door latch 11 can be provided without interfering with a predetermined position of the door panel 11 to which the door latch 15 is mounted in the first coupled state, so that the door latch 15 can be post-mounted on the door panel 11. It is possible to obtain the effect of improving the assembly and workability, and ultimately increasing the productivity.
