Claims (4)
- 전원전압을 인가받아 그 전압 레벨에 대응하는 N-비트 디지털 워드(단, N은 자연수)를 출력하기 위한 아날로그-디지털 변환수단;상기 N-비트 디지털 워드를 디코딩하여 M-비트 블럭 선택신호(단, M은 2N)를 출력하기 위한 디코딩수단; 및상기 블럭 선택신호 각 비트에 따라 선택적으로 인에이블 되는 다수의 보상 블럭 - 각 보상 블럭은 특성이 다른 트랜지스터로 구현됨 -을 구비하는 반도체 소자.
- 청구항 2은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제1항에 있어서,전원전압의 잡음 성분을 제거하여 상기 아날로그-디지털 변환수단에 인가하기 위한 저역 통과 필터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 소자.
- 청구항 3은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 다수의 보상 블럭은 각각 상기 블럭 선택신호 각 비트에 제어 받는 스위칭 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 소자.
