Claims (8)
- 복합가공사의 제조방법에 있어서,중공사 및 일반사가 인테레이스사 또는 에어텍스쳐드사로 제조하고,상기 중공사는 중공율이 35 내지 50%인 흡음성능이 향상된 복합가공사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중공사 및 일반사는 70 : 30 내지 40 : 60 중량비로 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 흡음성능이 향상된 복합가공사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중공사는 용출성분부와 시스성분부로 이루어져 상기 용출성분부는 이소프탈산 및 비스페놀 A 또는 S 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가물이 공중합되는 알칼리 이용출성 폴리에스테르인 흡음성능이 향상된 복합가공사의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중공사는 용출성분부와 시스성분부로 이루어져 상기 시스성분부는 시스성분이 98 내지 99중량%, 용출성분부 성분이 1 내지 2중량% 비율로 혼합된 흡음성능이 향상된 복합가공사의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 방법에 의해 제조된 원단으로서,하부원단층의 상부에 파일로 형성된 중간파일사층이 형성되되,상기 원단의 두께는 1 내지 50mm이며, 상기 중간파일사층의 밀도는 20 내지 80 CPI이며,상기 하부원단층은 접착성을 향상시키기 위해 저융점사로 형성된 원단.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 중간파일사층의 상부에 상부원단층이 더 형성된 원단.
- 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 원단층 및 중간파일사층, 또는 원단층 및 중간파일사층이 난연사로 형성된 원단.
