Claims (54)
- 메시지를 포함하는 디지털 인증 패턴을 생성하는 방법으로서 - 상기 디지털 인증 패턴은 디지털 표현에 속하고, 또한 상기 디지털 인증 패턴은 상기 디지털 표현의 복사본들의 논-워터마크 기반 검출(non-watermark-based detection)을 허용함 - ,패턴 요소들의 세트들을 선택하는 단계와 - 상기 디지털 인증 패턴에 속하고 또한 패턴 요소 값(pattern element value)을 갖는 패턴 요소가 상기 메시지의 메시지 요소들을 전달함(carry) - ,선택된 세트에 속하는 패턴 요소에 대해, 복사를 검출하는 상기 디지털 인증 패턴의 능력이 실질적으로 변하지 않게 하면서 상기 메시지 요소를 전달하기 위해 상기 패턴 요소의 패턴 요소 값을 설정하는 단계를 포함하는 디지털 인증 패턴 생성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 설정 단계에서, 상기 패턴 요소 값은 상기 디지털 인증 패턴의 엔트로피가 실질적으로 변하지 않도록 하면서 설정되는 디지털 인증 패턴 생성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 설정 단계에서, 상기 메시지 요소는 메시지 요소 값들의 범위에 속하는 메시지 요소 값을 지정하고 또한 상기 선택된 패턴 요소들의 세트에 속하는 상기 패턴 요소의 패턴 요소 값은 상기 범위에 속하는 메시지 요소 값을 지정하는 메시지 요소 값을 전달하도록 설정되는 디지털 인증 패턴 생성 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 설정 단계에서, 상기 선택된 세트에 속하는 상기 패턴 요소의 패턴 요소 값은 키를 사용하여 설정되는 디지털 인증 패턴 생성 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 설정 단계에서, 상기 선택된 패턴 요소들의 세트에 속하는 상기 패턴 요소의 패턴 요소 값은 복수의 카테고리 중 한 카테고리에 속하고, 상기 선택된 패턴 요소들의 세트에 속하는 상기 패턴 요소의 패턴 요소 값의 상기 카테고리는 상기 메시지 요소를 전달하며, 상기 선택된 패턴 요소들의 세트에 속하는 상기 패턴 요소의 패턴 요소 값에는 상기 전달된 메시지 요소의 메시지 요소 값에 대해 요구되는 카테고리가 주어지는 디지털 인증 패턴 생성 방법.

- 제5항에 있어서,상기 설정 단계에서, 상기 선택된 패턴 요소들의 세트에 속하는 상기 패턴 요소 값은 상기 패턴 요소 값의 카테고리를 나타내도록 반전(invert)되는 디지털 인증 패턴 생성 방법.

- 디지털 표현에 속하는 디지털 인증 패턴 내에 포함되는 메시지를 판독하는 방법으로서 - 상기 디지털 인증 패턴은 상기 디지털 표현의 복사본들의 논-워터마크-기반 검출을 허용하고 또한 복수의 패턴 요소들의 세트를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 패턴 요소들의 세트의 패턴 요소는 패턴 요소 값을 가짐 - ,상기 복수의 패턴 요소의 세트로부터 패턴 요소들의 세트들을 선택하는 단계와 - 상기 선택된 세트들에 속하는 상기 패턴 요소들은 상기 메시지의 메시지 요소들을 전달하고, 상기 메시지 요소들의 메시지 요소는 메시지 요소 값을 갖고, 상기 선택된 세트의 패턴 요소들의 패턴 요소 값들은 복사를 검출하는 상기 디지털 인증 패턴의 능력이 실질적으로 변하지 않도록 하면서 설정됨 - ,각각의 선택된 상기 패턴 요소들의 세트에 대하여, 상기 선택된 세트 내의 메시지 요소들의 메시지 요소 값들을 결정하기 위해, 상기 선택된 세트 내의 패턴 요소들을, 가능한 메시지 요소 값을 갖는 등가의 패턴 요소들과 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 디지털 인증 패턴 내에 포함되는 메시지 판독 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 메시지를 포함하는 상기 디지털 인증 패턴에 대한 등가의 디지털 인증 패턴을 생성하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 이에 의해, 상기 메시지를 포함하는 상기 디지털 인증 패턴을 포함하는 디지털 표현에 관한 복사 관계를 결정하기 위해, 상기 메시지를 포함하는 상기 디지털 인증 패턴이 상기 등가의 디지털 인증 패턴과 비교될 수 있는 디지털 인증 패턴 내에 포함되는 메시지 판독 방법.
