Claims (5)
- 상하에 반응챔버와 분리챔버가 접하도록 연통설치하고, 반응챔버의 측면 상부에서 분리챔버로 하향배관된 유입관을 통해 바이오매스의 가스화과정에서 생성된 합성가스를 분리챔버로 공급하고, 공급된 합성가스는 촉매산화층을 상향통과해 반응챔버 상부의 배출관으로 배출되는 촉매반응장치를 이용하여 합성가스에 포함된 타르를 산화시켜 제거하는 방법에 있어서,유입관을 통해 합성가스를 분리챔버로 내입시켜 합성가스에 포함된 입자상물질을 분리하는 단계와;상기 유입관과 반응챔버 내면 사이의 이격틈에 알루미나, 실리카, 백운석, 감람석으로 이루어진 군으로부터 일종 또는 이종이상 선택한 광물을 담체로 하고, 이에 백금, 루테늄, 지르코니아, 팔라듐, 구리, 망간으로 이루어진 군으로부터 일종 또는 이종이상 혼합되는 혼합광물인 촉매로 이루어진 촉매산화층을 형성하고, 상기 촉매산화층에 입자상물질이 분리된 합성가스를 유입시키는 단계와;상기 합성가스는 100~450℃의 저온상태인 촉매산화층을 상향 통과하면서 촉매에 의한 발열반응유도로 합성가스에 포함된 타르를 산화시켜 가스상물질로 제거하는 발열반응에 의한 타르 산화 제거단계와;타르성분이 제거된 합성가스를 배출하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 촉매를 이용한 타르의 산화제거방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 합성가스를 촉매산화층으로 유입시키는 단계에는 타르의 활성화에너지를 낮추기 위해 산소를 촉매산화층으로 유입시키는 타르 활성화에너지 낮춤단계가 포함되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 촉매를 이용한 타르의 산화제거방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 촉매산화층에 공급되는 산소의 양은 가스화기로부터 배출되는 합성가스 내 타르의 농도 대비 0.3 ~ 1의 비율로 공급함을 특징으로 하는 촉매를 이용한 타르의 산화제거방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 촉매는 담체 90 ~ 99.9wt%와 혼합광물 0.1 ~ 10 wt%의 비율로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매를 이용한 타르의 산화제거방법.
