Claims (3)
- 역류방지용 체크밸브(4)가 설치된 공급관(3)을 통해 냉수를 공급받음과 함께 온수를 생성하여 배출관(5)을 통해 생성된 온수를 무동력으로 배출시키는 무동력 온수펌핑장치(1)로서,전원의 인가에 의해 발열 작동하는 전기히터(40);상기 전기히터(40)가 내부에 수용 장착되고, 상기 공급관(3)이 상단부 일측에 연결되며, 내주면과 상기 전기히터(40)와의 사이에 소정 크기의 증기생성공간부(12)를 가지는 상부실린더(10); 및상기 상부실린더(10)의 하측에서 연결통로(30)에 의해 상단부가 상기 상부실린더(10)의 하단부에 연통되며, 상기 배출관(5)이 하단부 일측에 연결되는 하부실린더(20);를 포함하여,상기 전기히터(40)의 발열 작동에 따라 상기 상부실린더(10)의 증기생성공간부(12)에서 생성되는 증기압에 의해 상기 하부실린더(20)에서 생성되는 온수가 자동으로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무동력 온수펌핑장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 연결통로(30)는 상기 상부실린더(10)의 하단부 중심부와 상기 하부실린더(20)의 상단부 중심부를 연통시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 무동력 온수펌핑장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상부실린더(10)의 외주면과 상기 하부실린더(20)의 외주면에 각각 설치되어 온도를 감지하며, 각각 설정온도를 초과하는 경우 상기 전기히터(40)로의 전원공급을 차단시키는 제1 및 제2 전원제어센서(50a, 50b);를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무동력 온수펌핑장치.
