Claims (5)
- 액티브 기판 상에 복수의 유기 EL 소자로 이루어지는 화소를 매트릭스 배열하여 갖는 표시 패널로 구성한 유기 EL 표시 장치로서,상기 유기 EL 소자는, 상기 액티브 기판에 복수의 부화소로 구성되는 단위 컬러 화소마다 설치되어 부화소 개구를 형성하는 한쪽의 전극과, 그 한쪽의 전극 상에 성막된 유기 EL층과, 상기 유기 EL층을 덮어 성막된 다른 쪽의 전극으로 이루어지고,서로 다른 색에 대응하는 상기 부화소에서의 상기 유기 EL 층은, 각각 별개의 마스크를 사용해서 증착되고,상기 표시 패널의 모든 위치에서의 상기 부화소 개구의 중심을 그 중심으로 하는 상기 유기 EL층의 상기 단위 컬러 화소를 구성하는 부화소 각각의 성막 중심의 어긋남을 나타내는 벡터 간의 각도가 모두 90도 이내인, 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부화소 개구에 성막되는 상기 유기 EL층의 발광은, 적색, 녹색, 청색의 3색이며, 상기 부화소 개구에 상기 3색의 유기 EL층을 성막하여 상기 단위 컬러 화소를 구성하는 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 3색의 유기 EL층의 상기 벡터의 각도 및 크기가 서로 다른 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 한쪽의 전극은 반사 전극이고, 상기 다른 쪽의 전극은 투명 전극인 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 한쪽의 전극은 투명 전극이고, 상기 다른 쪽의 전극은 반사 전극인 유기 EL 표시 장치.
