Claims (6)
- 폴리에스테르계 원사, 폴리아미드계 원사, 또는 이들 모두를 포함하며, FMVSS 302법에 의한 자소율이 97 내지 99%이고, 연소 길이가 30 mm 이하, 평균연소시간이 40초 이하인 에어백용 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원단은 구리화합물을 10 내지 150 ppm 포함하고, 인화합물을 0 내지 500 ppm 포함하는 나일론 66 원사를 포함하는 것인 에어백용 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어백용 원단은 잔류하는 방사유제의 함량이 전체 중량의 0.1 내지 0.6 중량%인 에어백용 원단.
- 폴리에스테르계 수지, 폴리아미드계 수지, 또는 이들 모두를 포함하는 에어백용 원사를 이용하여 에어백용 생지를 제직하는 단계;상기 제직된 에어백용 생지를 정련하여 정련된 에어백용 원단의 방사유제 잔류량이 전체 원단 중량의 0.1 내지 0.6 중량%가 되도록 하는 단계; 및상기 정련된 직물을 텐터링하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 에어백용 생지를 정련하는 단계는i) 60 내지 90 ℃인 약품조에 상기 에어백용 생지를 통과시키는 단계;ii) 상기 약품조를 통과한 생지를 다시 5 내지 15 ℃씩 온도가 상승하는 2개 이상의 수세조에 통과시키는 단계;iii) 상기 i) 단계와 ii) 단계를 최소 1회 이상 반복하는 단계; 및iv) 상기 반복 수세된 생지를 맹글에 통과시켜 탈수하고, 100 내지 160 ℃에서 열풍 건조하여 잔류 수분을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 에어백용 원단의 제조방법는 에어백용 원단의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에어백용 원사는 구리화합물을 10 내지 150 ppm 포함하고, 인화합물을 0 내지 500ppm 포함하는 나일론 66 원사인 에어백용 원단의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 약품조는 물을 용매로 수산화나트륨 1 내지 4 g/L, 계면활성제 1 내지 5 g/L, 침투제 1 내지 3 g/L, 및 분산제 1 내지 3 g/L을 포함하는 것인 에어백용 원단의 제조방법.
