- 폴리에틸렌(PE:Polyethlene)ㆍ폴리프로필렌(PP:Polypropylene)ㆍ폴리염화비닐(PVC:Polyvinychloride)ㆍABS수지(ABS Resin:아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 수지)ㆍ폴리스틸렌(PS:Polystylene) 중에서 어느 하나의 수지에 천연원목ㆍ합성목재ㆍ재생펄프 등 작은 입자 또는 분말로 분쇄한 목분ㆍ목재생산물ㆍ비목재 제지섬유ㆍ갈대ㆍ섬유를 가진 줄기ㆍ잎 섬유ㆍ해조류ㆍ땅콩껍질ㆍ대나무ㆍ짚ㆍ옥수수ㆍ야자수열매 중에서 어느 하나의 목분을 첨가 혼합하는 합성수지목분혼합공정, 상기 합성수지목분혼합공정에 의해 혼합된 수지목분혼합물을 용융시키면서 압출성형장치에 의해 수지목분배관으로 성형하는 수지목분압출성형공정, 상기 수지목분배관의 외면에 연질PVC를 피복시키는 연질PVC피복공정으로 이루어지는 것에 있어서;상기 수지와 목분을 혼합하는 합성수지목분혼합공정은; 수지와 목분이 혼합된 수지목분혼합물에 실란과 경탄을 더 첨가하여 혼합시키는 것;을 특징으로 하는 목분이 함유된 합성수지목분압출배관의 제조방법.
