Claims (5)
- 음식물쓰레기에 포함된 수분을 제거하도록 구성된 가정용 음식물쓰레기 처리장치에 있어서,본체의 건조실 내에 수납되고 내부공간에 음식물쓰레기가 수용되는 쓰레기건조함;상기 쓰레기건조함측으로 향하도록 설치되고, 음식물쓰레기의 건조를 위한 열기가 발열됨과 동시에 악취의 제거를 위한 근적외선이 방사되는 이규화몰리브덴(MoSi2) 재질의 발열체;상기 발열체가 수용되는 커버몸체에 광의 조사방향으로 광의 투과가 가능한 내열유리가 설치된 발열체커버;외부전원을 상기 발열체에 공급하도록 상기 발열체커버와 근접되게 이격 설치되는 저전압트랜스; 및외부공기가 상기 저전압트랜스를 경유하여 유입되도록 하고, 상기 발열체로부터 발산되는 열기 중 일부와 상기 건조실 상부측 공기를 흡인하여 상기 건조실의 하부측으로 공급, 순환시키는 송풍팬을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 방사기능을 갖는 가정용 음식물쓰레기 처리기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저전압트랜스는 상기 발열체커버와의 사이에 제1 공기이동로를 형성하도록 이격 설치되는 트랜스커버 내에 수용되어 상기 트랜스커버의 바닥면과의 사이에 제2 공기이동로가 형성되도록 설치되고,상기 저전압트랜스 및 발열체커버가 상하로 수용되도록 덧씌워져 상기 본체의 건조실에 결합되고, 상기 송풍팬 흡입측과의 접속을 위한 접속구와, 상기 저전압트랜스측으로 외부공기가 유입되도록 유입구가 마련된 메인커버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 방사기능을 갖는 가정용 음식물쓰레기 처리기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 송풍팬의 배출측으로부터 상기 건조실의 하측으로 연결되는 연결배관에 분기된 배기라인에 접속되는 필터장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 방사기능을 갖는 가정용 음식물쓰레기 처리기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 쓰레기건조함은, 상기 연결배관측과 연통되는 건조공기 유입구가 형성되고 손잡이를 구비한 용기와, 상기 용기 내에 삽입 설치되고 음식물쓰레기가 올려지는 적재부에 다수의 통기공이 형성된 복수의 적재대를 구비하되, 상기 적재대는 소정 상하 거리를 갖도록 이격, 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 방사기능을 갖는 가정용 음식물쓰레기 처리기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 쓰레기건조함은 상기 본체의 건조실에 이동 가능하게 구성된 서랍수단에 삽탈 가능하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 방사기능을 갖는 가정용 음식물쓰레기 처리기.
