- 실릴프로피오나이트릴이 결합된 나노실리카 분말 및 이온성 액체계 전해질을 포함하는 염료감응 태양전지용 나노젤형 전해질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 실릴프로피오나이트릴이 결합된 나노실리카 분말 10∼60 중량% 및 이온성 액체계 전해질 40∼90 중량%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지용 나노젤형 전해질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이온성 액체계 전해질은 이온성 액체 및 산화-환원 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지용 나노젤형 전해질.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 이온성 액체는 n-메틸이디다졸륨 요오드, n-에틸이미다졸륨 요오드, 에틸-메틸이미다졸륨 요오드, 1-벤질-2-메틸이미다졸륨 요오드, 1-에틸-3-메틸이미다졸륨 요오드, 1-부틸-3-메틸이미다졸륨 요오드, 메틸피리디니움 요오드, 에틸피리디니움 요오드, 프로필 피리디니움 요오드, 메틸에틸피롤리디니움 요오드, 다이메틸피롤리디니움 요오드, 에틸메틸이미다졸륨 디시아나미드 및 구아니듐 티오시아네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 혼합하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지용 나노젤형 전해질.

- 실릴프로피오나이트릴이 결합된 나노실리카.
- (S1) 실릴프로피오나이트릴이 결합된 나노실리카 분말을 제조하는 단계;
(S2) 이온성 액체 및 산화-환원 유도체를 혼합하여 이온성 액체계 전해질을 제조하는 단계; 및
(S3) 상기 실릴프로피오나이트릴이 결합된 나노실리카 분말과 이온성 액체계 전해질을 혼합하는 단계
를 포함하는 염료감응 태양전지용 나노젤형 전해질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 실릴프로피오나이트릴이 결합된 나노실리카 분말은 나노실리카 분말과 산성용액을 혼합하여 제조된 나노실리카 분말 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 나노실리카 분말 용액의 용매를 증발시켜 젤을 얻은 후 유기 용매 및 3-(트리에톡시실릴)프로피오나이트릴 화합물을 첨가하여 교반하는 단계를 거쳐 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지용 나노젤형 전해질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 나노실리카 분말 용액은 나노실리카 분말 2∼20 중량% 및 산성용액 80∼98 중량%를 혼합하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지용 나노젤형 전해질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 산성용액은 염산, 질산, 황산 및 아세트산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지용 나노젤형 전해질의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 나노실리카 분말 용액의 용매를 증발시켜 젤을 얻은 후 pH가 4∼5가 되도록 물로 세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지용 나노젤형 전해질의 제조방법.

상기 유기용매는 에탄올, 메탄올, 프로판올 및 이소프로판올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지용 나노젤형 전해질의 제조방법.
