Claims (5)
- 압력의 작용에 의해 상하 이동되는 피스톤(30);상기 피스톤(30)의 상부에 형성된 지지판(40);상기 지지판(40)의 상면에 탄성 지지되는 스프링(50);상기 피스톤(30)과 지지판(40) 및 스프링(50)을 내부에 수용하는 상부케이스(10);상기 상부케이스(10)의 하부에 결합되고, 상기 피스톤(30)이 상하 이동되는 하부몸통부(22)가 형성되며, 상기 피스톤(30)의 하단면으로 압력이 작용하도록 연결구(23)가 형성된 하부케이스(20);를 포함하고,상기 상부케이스(10)의 상단에는 상기 스프링(50)의 상단을 탄성지지하며 상기 스프링(50)의 탄성변위를 조절할 수 있는 조절구(60)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피스톤(30)의 외주면에는 오링(80)이 삽입되어 상기 하부케이스(20)의 하부몸통부(22) 내주면과의 사이에 기밀이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력측정장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 지지판(40)의 측부에 압력을 가리키는 지침(70)이 형성되고, 상기 지침(70)의 상하 이동을 가능하게 하는 슬롯 형상의 지침이동구(11)가 상기 상부케이스(10)에 형성되며, 상기 상부케이스(10)의 지침이동구(11)가 형성된 외주면에는 압력눈금(12)이 표시된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력측정장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 피스톤(30)의 상하 위치를 감지하는 위치감지부(90)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력측정장치.
