Claims (6)
- 상면 중앙부에 하나의 촉각 스위치(tactile switch)가 설치된 인쇄회로기판;상면부에 상하좌우 방향을 표시하는 표시부가 형성되고 중앙부 저면에는 보스가 돌출 형성된 몸체와, 상기 몸체 상면부의 어느 일 지점의 누름 조작시 상기 보스가 상기 촉각 스위치를 눌러 작동시킨 후에 상방으로의 탄성 복귀력을 제공할 수 있도록 상기 몸체의 모서리부에 형성되는 복수의 탄성지지부와, 상기 탄성지지부 사이에 형성되는 지렛대 돌기를 포함하고, 상기 인쇄회로기판의 상부에 결합되는 입력판;상기 입력판의 저면에 결합되며, 중앙부에 상기 보스가 관통되는 관통홀이 형성된 정전터치패드; 및상기 입력판의 테두리를 상부에서 감싸 유동을 방지하면서 상기 인쇄회로기판과 결합되는 커버프레임을 포함하는 터치패드모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄성지지부는,상기 입력판의 모서리부 외곽에 배치되어 상기 인쇄회로기판의 상면부와 상기 커버프레임의 저면부에 동시에 접촉하며 지지되는 지지편과;상기 지지편과 상기 입력판의 몸체를 연결하며 상기 입력판의 누름 조작시 상방으로 탄성 복귀력을 제공하는 탄성프레임으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패드모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커버프레임의 모서리부 저면에는 고정돌기가 형성되고, 상기 입력판의 지지편 내에는 상기 고정돌기가 끼워지는 고정홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패드모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 커버프레임의 저면부에는 상기 입력판의 지렛대 돌기가 안착되는 지렛대돌기 안착부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패드모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지렛대돌기 안착부의 저면에는 결합돌기가 형성되고, 상기 인쇄회로기판에는 상기 결합돌기가 끼워져 결합되는 결합홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패드모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 지렛대돌기 안착부의 돌출 폭은 상기 지지편의 돌출 폭과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 터치패드모듈.
