Abstract
상기 용액에 대해 외부 자기장을 인가하여 상기 자성 구조물의 움직임을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 자성 구조물의 자기적 제어방법이 제공된다.
Description
도 2는 자성 나노입자들이 자기장의 방향에 따라 정렬되는 원리를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 정렬된 자성 나노입자들로 이루어진 자성축이 받는 힘의 종류와 그 원리를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 다중컬러 코드화된 자성 구조물의 생성과정을 나타낸 개략도이다.
도 5는 다양한 형태로 컬러 코드화된 자성 구조물들의 예들을 나타낸 사진이다.
도 6은 컬러 코드화된 자성 구조물들을 자기적으로 분리하고 용액 교환하는 과정을 나타낸다.
도 7은 자석 회전 셋업을 이용한 자성 미세 입자의 자기적 제어를 나타낸 개략도 및 실제 입자의 현미경 사진을 나타낸다.
도 8은 컬러 코드화된 자성 구조물을 제어하여 DNA 혼성화의 탐지 및 식별 실험을 한 예이다.
도 9는 생화학적 분석을 위한 자성 구조물의 자기적 제어장치의 일 실시예를 나타낸다.
도 10은 다중 방향성 자성축들을 포함하는 고분자 미세 구조물을 제작하는 과정을 나타낸 도면이다.

도 12는 다양한 방향의 자성축들을 포함한 미세 구조물에 균일한 자기장을 걸어주어 다양한 움직임을 구현한 결과를 나타낸다.
Claims (12)
- 자성 나노입자들이 정렬된 자성축을 구비한 자성 구조물을 함유한 용액을 제공하는 단계; 및
상기 용액에 대해 외부 자기장을 인가하여 상기 자성 구조물의 움직임을 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 자성 구조물의 자기적 제어방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 움직임은 상기 자성축이 갖는 자성 토크에 의한 회전 또는 상기 외부 자기장의 밀도가 밀해지는 방향의 힘에 의한 이동인 자성 구조물의 자기적 제어방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 자성 구조물의 표면에 탐침 분자가 존재하며, 상기 외부 자기장의 회전에 따라 상기 자성 구조물이 회전되어 상기 용액 내의 목적 분자와의 반응을 촉진하는 자성 구조물의 자기적 제어방법. - 자성 나노입자들의 정렬에 의해 컬러 코드화된 자성 구조물을 함유한 용액을 용기에 도입하는 단계;
상기 용액에 외부 자기장을 인가하여 상기 컬러 코드화된 자성 구조물들을 용기의 벽면으로 수집하는 단계; 및
상기 컬러 코드의 정보를 분석하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 자성 구조물 중 컬러 코드가 위치하는 면이 상기 용기의 벽면에 대해 이차원적으로 배열되도록 하는 자성 구조물의 자기적 제어방법. - 고체 매트릭스; 및 상기 고체 매트릭스 내에 고정된 자성축을 포함하되,
상기 자성축은 일정 간격을 두고 일축 방향으로 정렬된 자성 나노입자들의 정렬구조를 가지며, 외부 자기장의 변화에 따라 상기 자성축이 갖는 자성 토크에 의해 힘을 받아 움직이는 자성 구조물. - 제5 항에 있어서,
상기 고체 매트릭스의 표면에 탐침 분자가 고정된 자성 구조물. - 고체 매트릭스; 상기 고체 매트릭스의 일 부분에 위치하며 고정된 자성축을 구비한 제1 영역; 및 상기 제1 영역과 연결되면서 상기 고체 매트릭스의 다른 부분에 위치하며 고정된 자성축을 구비한 제2 영역을 포함하되,
상기 제1 영역의 자성축과 상기 제2 영역의 자성축의 방향이 서로 다르며,
외부 자기장의 인가에 따라 상기 제1 영역의 자성축과 상기 제2 영역의 자성축이 각각 가지는 이종 자기 이방성에 의하여 상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역이 서로 다른 움직임을 갖는 자성 구조물. - 제7 항에 있어서,
상기 고체 매트릭스의 적어도 한 부분이 외부 물체에 고정되는 자성 구조물. - 경화성 매질에 분산된 자성 나노입자 조성물을 비혼화성 용매 중에 분산시켜 에멀젼을 형성하는 단계;
상기 에멀젼에 자기장을 인가하고 광조영하여 자성축이 내재된 미세구체 형태의 자성 구조물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 자성 구조물의 표면에 탐침 분자를 고정화하는 단계;
상기 자성 구조물을 목적 분자를 함유한 용매에 혼합하는 단계; 및
외부 자기장을 인가하여 상기 탐침 분자가 고정된 상기 자성 구조물을 회전 또는 이동시킴으로써 목적 분자와의 반응을 촉진시키는 단계를 포함하는 자성 구조물의 자기적 제어방법. - 제9 항에 있어서,
상기 반응 후 외부 자기장을 인가함으로써 상기 자성 구조물을 상기 용매로부터 분리해 내는 단계를 더 포함하는 자성 구조물의 자기적 제어방법. - 탐침 분자를 구비하면서 자성 나노입자들의 정렬에 의해 컬러 코드화된 자성 구조물을 제공하는 제1 원료 공급부;
목적 분자를 함유한 용액을 제공하는 제2 원료 공급부;
상기 탐침 분자와 상기 목적 분자가 반응할 수 있도록 상기 자성 구조물과 상기 용액이 혼합되는 원료 혼합부; 및
상기 자성 구조물을 상기 용액 중에서 회전시키거나 이동시키도록 상기 용액에 자기장을 가하는 자기장 인가부를 포함하는 자성 구조물의 자기적 제어장치. - 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 탐침 분자와 상기 목적 분자가 결합한 상기 자성 구조물을 관측하고 디코드화하기 위한 디코더부를 더 포함하는 자성 구조물의 자기적 제어장치.
