Claims (4)
- 청색광을 출사하는 제1군 발광다이오드와;시안 색상의 광을 출사하는 제2군 발광다이오드와;상기 제1군 발광다이오드에 황색 및 적색 형광체로 도포된 형광체층과:상기 제1군 및 제2군 발광다이오드들이 어레이된 패키지구조체;를 구비하고,상기 제1군 발광다이오드와 상기 제2군발광다이오드들 상호 간의 색혼합을 위한 광량의 비율은 16 내지 18 : 1의 비율이 되게 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 고연색성 발광모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1군 발광다이오드는 460nm 내지 470nm파장의 광을 출사하는 제1발광다이오드와, 485nm파장의 광을 출사하는 제2발광다이오드로 이루어지고, 상기 제1발광다이오드와 상기 제2발광다이오드의 광량의 비율은 18 내지 20 : 1의 비율이 되게 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 고연색성 발광모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 발광다이오드는 460nm파장의 광을 출사하는 칩과, 467.5nm의 광을 출사하는 칩의 전체적인 광량의 비율이 4 내지 5 : 1의 비율을 갖도록 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 고연색성 발광모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 형광체층에 적용되는 황색형광체는 상기 청색광에 여 기되어 550 내지 565nm의 황색광을 출사하는 것이 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 고연색성 발광모듈.
