Claims (6)
- 모노머상 주입구, 연속상 주입구, 연속상과 모노머상의 교차영역, 자외선이 조사되는 미세유로를 포함하며, 주입된 연속상과 모노머상이 상기 교차영역을 지나면서 미세 모노머 액적을 형성하고 이어서 상기 모노머 액적이 상기 미세유로를 통과하면서 자외선 조사에 의해 경화되는, 액적 기반의 미세유체 칩을 이용한 마이크로 캡슐 제조방법으로서,상기 연속상은 C12~C18의 알칸으로 자외선 조사에 의해 활성화되는 광개시제를 함유하고 있고, 상기 모노머상은 수용액으로 모노머인 n-이소프로필아크릴아미드(NIPAM, n-isopropylacrylamide)와 가교제인 N,N-메틸렌비스아크릴아미드(BIS, N,N-methylenebisacrylamide) 및 담지 목적물질을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 캡슐 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광개시제는 2,2-디에톡시아세토페논(DEAP, 2,2-Diethyoxyacetophenone)인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 캡슐 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연속상은 계면활성제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 캡슐 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모노머상과 연속상의 주입속도를 조절하여 마이크로 캡슐의 직경을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 캡슐 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,마이크로 캡슐의 직경은 50-85㎛, 캡슐 막의 두께는 2-3㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 캡슐 제조방법.
