본 발명의 실시예 및 비교예에서 발명의 효과를 비교하기 위하여 아래와 같은 사항을 측정하여 비교하였다. 각항의 시험은 본 발명에 따른 피톤치드로 코팅한 과일봉지(실시예)와 무처리 과일봉지 및 기존의 살균제가 처리된 과일봉지(비교예)를 실험한 것이다.In order to compare the effects of the invention in the Examples and Comparative Examples of the present invention, the following matters were measured and compared. 본 발명의 피톤치드 코팅 과일봉지는 아래의 항균시험사진 1의 실시예 2 사진에서 볼 수 있듯이 과일봉지 위로 균의 확산이 거의 없었으나, 기존의 살균제가 처리된 과일봉지는 아래 사진 1의 비교예 4의 사진에서 볼 수 있듯이 시료 위로 균이 약 50% 정도 뒤덮고 있고 무처리 과일봉지는 아래 항균시험 사진 1의 비교예 2 사진에서 볼 수 있듯이 균사가 시료를 완전히 덮고 있는 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 본 발명에 따른 피톤치드는 기존의 과일봉지에 사용되는 살균제 보다 항균효과가 우수하다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.The phytoncide-coated fruit bag of the present invention showed almost no spread of bacteria on the fruit bag as shown in Example 2 of the antimicrobial test picture 1 below, but the conventional fruit bag treated with a disinfectant was compared with Comparative Example 4 of picture 1 below.
