Abstract
본 발명은 증류수 10중량%, 아크릴수지 25중량%, 메타규산나트륨(Na2O·SiO3·5H2O) 5중량%, 규산나트륨(Na2SiO3) 30중량%, 산화티탄(TiO2) 15중량%, 탈크(Talc:3MgO·4SiO2·H2O) 10중량%, 촉매로서 폴리아크릴레이트 변성 하이드록시 구조의 실리콘 5중량% 함유하여 이루어진다.

Claims (2)
- 증류수 10중량%, 아크릴수지 25중량%, 메타규산나트륨(Na2O·SiO3·5H2O) 5중량%, 규산나트륨(Na2SiO3) 30중량%, 산화티탄(TiO2) 15중량%, 탈크(Talc:3MgO·4SiO2·H2O) 10중량%, 촉매로서 폴리아크릴레이트 변성 하이드록시 구조의 실리콘 5중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 낙서제거용 수용성 도료 조성물.
- 반응기내에 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴(Styrene-Acrylonitrile)을 투입하고, 안정제를 첨가하여 점도를 조정한 다음 반응기의 덮개를 닫은 상태에서 반응기의 내부온도가 90℃까지 상승되도록 하면서 점성이 높아지도록 혼합하고, 반응기의 내부온도가 90℃에 도달되면 히팅밴드의 스위치를 "OFF"시킨 후 반응기 외부에 부착된 냉각파이프를 통하여 차가운 물을 순환시켜 반응기 내부 온도가 30∼35℃ 되도록 냉각시켜 액상의 아크릴수지를 얻는 단계와;
상기의 용해공정에서 얻어진 액상 아크릴수지 25중량%를 교반기에 넣고, 여기에 규산나트륨 30중량%, 증류수 10중량%, 촉매로서 폴리아크릴레이트 변성 하이드록시 구조의 실리콘 5중량%를 첨가한 상태에서 2,500∼3,500rpm으로 25∼35분 동안 교반하는 1차교반단계와;
상기 1차 교반단계를 거친 혼합물에 메타규산나트륨 5중량%, 탈크 10중량%, 산화티탄 15중량%를 첨가하고 1,000∼2,000rpm으로 25∼35분 동안 교반하는 2차 교반단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 낙서제거용 수용성 도료 조성물의 제조방법.
