Claims (5)
- 프레임; 상기 프레임의 일면에 결합되며 자기력을 발생하는 자기회로부; 일측이 상기 자기회로부의 내부에 위치된 보빈과 상기 보빈의 일측 외주면에 권선된 코일을 가지는 보이스코일, 외주면측은 상기 프레임에 결합되고 내주면측은 상기 보빈의 타측 외주면에 접착된 진동판, 외주면측은 상기 프레임에 결합되고 내주면측은 상기 보이스코일에 접착된 댐퍼를 가지며, 상기 코일에 전류가 공급되면 상기 자기회로부와 작용하여 진동하면서 음향을 발생하는 음향발생부를 포함하는 스피커로서,
상호 대향하는 상기 진동판의 내주면측 일면 및 반경방향 외면은 상기 댐퍼의 일면 및 반경방향 내주면측 내면과 각각 상호 접착되고,
상기 코일의 리드선은 상기 진동판과 상기 댐퍼 사이를 통과하여 외부의 전원과 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 스피커. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 진동판과 상기 댐퍼의 접착 부위는 열압착된 것을 특징으로 하는 스피커. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 진동판과 상기 댐퍼는 160∼180℃에서 열압착된 것을 특징으로 하는 스피커. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 코일의 리드선은 상기 댐퍼에 스티치(Stitch)된 것을 특징으로 하는 스피커. - 삭제
