Claims (17)
- 내연 기관의 흡기 시스템에 장착되도록 구성된 열교환기에 있어서,엔진 터보차지 공기(engine turbocharge air)인 제 1 일차 유체(first primary fluid : FP1) 순환 통로(20)를 구비하는 제 1 부분(14)과, 제 2 일차 유체(second primary fluid : FP2) 순환 통로(26)를 구비하는 제 2 부분(16)으로 분할되는 몸체(12)를 포함하며, 상기 몸체(12)는 열교환기의 상기 제 1 및 제 2 부분(14, 16)에 공통인 이차 유체(secondary fluid : FS) 순환 통로(31, 32)를 구비하고,상기 제 1 일차 유체(FP1) 순환 통로(20)와 상기 제 2 일차 유체(FP2) 순환 통로(26)는 상기 열교환기 몸체의 제 1 부분(14)과 제 2 부분(16) 사이에 위치된 분리판(18)에 의해 분리되며,상기 몸체(12)는 이차 유체(FS) 순환 시트(66)와 교호하는 제 1 일차 유체(FP1, FP2) 순환 시트(64)를 형성하는 성형 플레이트(60, 62)의 적층체와, 상기 일차 유체(FP1, FP2) 순환 시트에 배치된 인서트(68)에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이차 유체(FS) 순환 통로(31, 32)는 상기 열교환기의 제 1 및 제 2 부분(14, 16)에 공통이고 이들 부분을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 일차 유체(FP1) 순환 통로(20)는 상기 몸체(12)의 제 1 단부(38)에 입구(22)와 출구(24)를 구비하는 반면, 상기 제 2 일차 유체(FP2)의 순환 통로(26)는 상기 열교환기 몸체의 제 2 단부(40)에 입구(28)와 출구(30)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 이차 유체(FS) 순환 통로는 상기 제 1 부분(14)의 제 1 통로(31-1, 32-1)와, 상기 제 2 부분(16)의 제 2 통로(31-2, 32-2)를 구비하며, 상기 제 1 통로와 제 2 통로는 밀봉식 조인트(42, 44)를 통해 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 삭제
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉식 조인트(42, 44)는 상기 일차 유체를 차단하기 위한 2개의 차단 플레이트(46, 48) 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 차단 플레이트(46, 48)는 부착 수단(70)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분리판(18)은 액추에이터(50)에 의해 제어되어, 상기 제 1 일차 유체(FP1) 순환 통로와 상기 제 2 일차 유체(FP2) 순환 통로가 연통하여, 상기 제 1 일차 유체(FP1)가 상기 열교환기의 제 1 부분(14)과 제 2 부분(16)에서 순환할 수 있는 개방 위치, 또는 상기 제 1 일차 유체(FP1) 순환 통로와 제 2 일차 유체(FP2) 순환 통로가 분리되어, 상기 제 1 일차 유체(FP1)가 상기 열교환기의 제 1 부분(14)에서 순환하고, 상기 제 2 일차 유체(FP2)가 상기 열교환기의 제 2 부분(16)에서 순환할 수 있는 폐쇄 위치로 되도록 하는 체크 밸브(48)를 갖는 통로(46)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 일차 유체(FP1)의 유동과 상기 제 2 일차 유체(FP2)의 유동을 각기 조절하는 제 1 게이트 밸브(56)와 제 2 게이트 밸브(58)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 게이트 밸브(56)와 상기 제 2 게이트 밸브(58)는 상기 열교환기의 양 단부에 각각 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 게이트 밸브(56)와 상기 제 2 게이트 밸브(58)가 상기 열교환기의 양 단부 플레이트(38, 40)에 각기 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 열교환기의 제 1 부분(14)과 제 2 부분(16)은 상이한 온도 범위에 대한 저항성을 갖는 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 열교환기의 제 1 부분(14)은 보다 낮은 저항성을 갖는 재료로 제조되는 반면, 상기 열교환기의 제 2 부분(16)은 보다 큰 저항성을 갖는 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 일차 유체(FP2)는 상기 엔진 배기 가스의 재순환 유동으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 일차 유체(FP2)는 엔진 배기 가스이고, 상기 이차 유체(FS)는 냉각 유체인 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 열교환기의 제 1 부분(14)은 알루미늄으로 제조되는 반면, 상기 열교환기의 제 2 부분(16)은 스테인리스 강으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는열교환기.
