Claims (2)
- 전극이 내부에 설치되어 전기분해를 수행하게 되는 전해조에 있어서,정해진 길이의 내부공간을 가진 배럴(barrel) 형상으로 이루어지고, 길이방향의 양단부에 유입구와 유출구가 각각 형성되는 하우징와;상기 하우징의 내부공간에 길이방향을 따라 설치되고, 정해진 폭과 두께를 가진 금속 밴드가 정해진 반경의 원형단면을 가진 코일형상을 이루고 있는 제1전극과;상기 하우징의 내부공간에 길이방향을 따라 설치되고, 정해진 폭과 두께를 가진 금속 밴드가 정해진 반경의 원형단면을 가진 코일형상을 이루고 있되 상기 제1전극보다 작은 반경의 원형단면을 가지게 되어 상기 제1전극과 일정한 간격을 유지하며 이격되어 상기 제1전극의 내측에 위치하게 되는 제2전극을 포함하되, 상기 제1전극과 제2전극 중 어느 하나는 전원장치와 연결되어 양극으로 사용되도록 하고, 나머지 어느 하나는 상기 전원장치와 연결되어 음극으로 사용되도록 하여 상기 하우징의 유입구를 통해 유입되는 유체가 상기 하우징의 내부공간을 통과하면서 전원이 인가된 상기 제1전극과 제2전극에 의해 전기분해되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 전극이 설치된 유체유동식 전해조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1전극과 제2전극은 정해진 반경의 원통체의 외주면 둘레를 정해진 속 도로 돌면서 정해진 속도로 전진하는 점이 만들어내는 자취인 나선형상으로 이루어져 상기 하우징의 내부공간을 통과하는 유체에 대한 유동저항이 최소화되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 전극이 설치된 유체유동식 전해조.
