Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- (a) 시계 다이얼의 바탕금속 상부면을 부식법 또는 프레스법으로 음각하는 단계;
(b) 상기 음각된 바탕금속의 상부면에 칠보유약을 도포하는 단계;
(c) 상기 칠보유약이 도포된 시계 다이얼의 바탕금속을 1차 열처리하는 단계;
(d) 상기 시계 다이얼의 바탕금속 상부면을 사포 또는 숫돌을 이용하여 평면 연마가공하는 단계;
(e) 상기 평면 연마가공한 시계 다이얼의 바탕금속을 2차 열처리하는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 시계 다이얼을 건조한 후, 산화피막을 제거하는 마무리 가공단계를 포함하되,
상기 단계(a) 내지 (f)에 의하여 시계 다이얼의 두께가 1.0mm 이하이며, 상기 시계 다이얼 중 상부면의 칠보유약층의 두께가 0.4mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 칠보공예 시계 다이얼의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단계(a) 및 (b)사이에, 바탕금속의 일면에 유선기법으로 선을 부착시키는 단계가 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칠보공예 시계 다이얼의 제조방법.
