막걸리 종류의 알코올 도수 6-7도 는 5- 7시간
과일주 종류 알코올 도수 11-14도 는 9- 11시간
이상과 같은 냉동고의 시간이면 완전히 동결된 얼음 술 덩어리를 술에 첨가하면 계속하여 여러 가지 상징적인 이미지로 시각·미각을 즐겁게 하면서 시원한 술을 즐길 수가 있다.
