Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method of separating and collecting coated paper, and in particular, by guiding a coated paper consisting of a coating layer and a base layer to a polishing roller on which a polishing cloth is wound, the coating layer formed on the coated paper is polished by the polishing cloth so that the coating layer is removed from the coating paper. The present invention relates to a method for separating and collecting coated paper that can be completely separated into a paper layer and recycled into a high quality product.
In general, coated paper is used to supplement waterproofness, surface contamination, discoloration, low tensile strength and durability, and is mainly used for PVC wallpaper, silk wallpaper, catalogue, pamphlets, leaflets, advertising prints, and various films.
The coated paper is composed of a coating layer made of paint or synthetic resin on a base paper layer made of resin or paper, and the coated paper discarded after use is separated into a base paper layer and a coating layer, respectively, collected and recycled through a recycling process.
The recovery process after the coated paper is separated into a base paper layer and a coating layer is collected and washed with water in a state in which the coated paper is cut to a predetermined size, and then immersed with a predetermined chemical to separate the base paper layer and the coating layer, respectively. The base layer and the coating layer are recycled through post-processes.
However, the base layer and the coating layer separated in the regeneration process are each attached to the remaining amount as it is, the workers to remove the original layer and the coating layer was recycled separately.
However, as described above, the method of removing the base layer and the coating layer in which the remaining amount remains as it is is done by the workers by hand, which not only takes a very long time but also requires a large number of workers, which greatly increases labor and production costs. There is a problem, and the productivity is low, there is a problem that the regeneration efficiency is greatly reduced, and in recent years, attempts to remove the manual work has been made, but the base layer and the coating layer forming the coated paper are different from each other and the melting point of the coating paper is not completely separated.
Therefore, at present, most of the coated paper is disposed of by incineration or the like without recycling.
Since recycling is not possible due to the inefficient efficiency of resources that can be recycled, it causes enormous losses in view of Korea's lack of resources. Therefore, the development of technology to effectively separate and collect coated paper There is an urgent need.
An object of the present invention devised to solve the above problems is to guide a coated paper consisting of a coating layer and a base paper layer to a polishing roller on which the polishing cloth is wound, so that the coating layer formed on the coated paper is polished by the polishing cloth so that the coating layer is removed from the coated paper. It is to provide a method for separating and collecting coated paper that can be completely separated into a coating layer and a paper layer and recycled into a high quality product.
The above object is achieved by the following configuration provided in the present invention.

In addition, in the polishing step, the dust collecting means collects and collects the coating layer polished by the polishing means collectively, wherein the dust collecting means collects the dust collected by the fan and collects the debris of the coating layer sucked by the fan. It is characterized in that any one of the cyclone to collect the dust, the bag filter to collect only the debris of the coating layer through the filter among the debris of the coating layer and other foreign matter sucked by the fan.
In addition, the separation distance of the polishing roller and the guide roller of the polishing means is characterized in that it is variable.
According to the present invention, since the polishing cloth removes only the coating layer by polishing the surface of the coated paper, the coating layer and the original layer can be easily separated, and the coated paper can be recycled as a good product.
The coating layer of the coated paper is polished by a polishing cloth formed on the polishing roller by guiding the coated paper between the polishing roller and the guide roller by using a polishing means including a plurality of polishing rollers and a guide roller for guiding the coated paper. Because it is separated, the treatment cost of the coated paper, which was incinerated with the existing waste does not require a separate, environmental problems disappear and there is an effect of saving resources.
In addition, since the coating layer collected by the polishing cloth is collected and collected collectively by using the dust collecting means in the polishing step, only the coating layer is separately collected and recycled as recycled raw materials.
Since the separation distance of the polishing roller and the guide roller of the polishing means is selectively variable, it is possible to grafting regardless of the thickness of the coated paper has the effect of improving the convenience of use.
