상기 EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) 발포 수지가 투입된 상.하부금형을 180~230℃로 3~5분 가열하여 EVA 발포 수지가 팽창되면서 성형공간 모양으로 바닥매트가 성형되도록 하는 단계와;
상기 성형공간의 모양으로 성형된 바닥매트를 추출하도록 상.하부금형을 분리하는 단계와;
상기 상.하부금형에서 분리된 바닥매트를 20~25℃로 5~10분 냉각하는 단계와;
상기 바닥매트의 표면을 연마하는 단계와;
표면이 연마된 바닥매트를 세척하여 건조하는 단계와;
세척.건조된 상기 바닥매트를 포장하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 EVA 발포 수지를 이용한 자동차용 바닥매트 제조방법.
