Abstract
Description
도 2a는 숙성 과정을 거쳐 용기에서 분리한 습윤젤을 나타낸 도면이고, 도 2b는 이산화탄소 초임계 건조 후의 에어로젤 사진을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3a는 FTO(Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide) 기판 위에 TiO2 후막을 형성한 모습을 보여주는 사진이고, 도 3b는 24시간 염료흡착 후의 모습을 보여주는 사진이며, 도 3c는 광전극과 상대전극을 밀봉 호일(sealing foil)을 이용해 접합한 완성된 태양 전지의 조립 사진이다.
도 4는 염료감응형 태양전지의 단위셀을 제작하는 과정을 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (8)
- TiO2 나노입자를 합성하는 단계;
TiO2 에어로젤을 합성하는 단계;
상기 TiO2 에어로젤을 분쇄하여 TiO2 에어로젤 분말을 형성하는 단계;
상기 TiO2 나노입자와 상기 TiO2 에어로젤 분말을 혼합하고, 바인더와 용매를 첨가하여 TiO2 페이스트를 형성하는 단계;
상기 TiO2 페이스트를 투명 전도성 기판에 코팅하고 건조하여 TiO2 후막을 형성하는 단계;
수열합성법으로 TiO2 나노와이어를 합성하는 단계;
상기 TiO2 나노와이어에 바인더와 용매를 첨가하여 TiO2 나노와이어 페이스트를 형성하는 단계;
상기 TiO2 나노와이어 페이스트를 상기 TiO2 후막 상부에 코팅하여 건조하는 단계;
건조된 결과물을 200∼600℃의 온도에서 열처리하여 TiO2 후막 상부에 TiO2 나노와이어 산란층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 TiO2 나노와이어 산란층에 염료를 흡착하는 단계를 포함하는 산란층을 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 TiO2 나노와이어를 합성하는 단계는,
TiO2 나노 분말을 알칼리 용매에 첨가하여 교반하는 단계;
교반된 용액을 오토클레이브에 넣은 다음 반응시켜 하얀색의 반응 생성물을 얻는 단계;
상기 반응 생성물을 산 용액과 증류수로 세정하는 단계;
세정된 결과물을 원심분리기를 이용하여 원심분리하는 단계; 및
원심분리된 결과물을 100∼900℃에서 열처리하여 아나타제 결정상의 TiO2 나노와이어를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 산란층을 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 TiO2 나노입자를 합성하는 단계는,
용매에 티타늄 테트라 아이소프록사이드를 첨가하여 교반하는 단계;
상기 티타늄 테트라 아이소프록사이드가 포함되어 교반된 용액에 증류수를 첨가하여 반응에 의해 하얀색의 침전물을 형성하는 단계;
촉매로 산(acid)을 첨가하여 용액의 pH가 1∼4가 되도록 조절하면서 가수분해를 위해 교반하여 펩티제이션을 통하여 투명한 콜로이드를 형성하는 단계;
상기 투명한 콜로이드에 증류수를 첨가하고 오토클레이브에 넣어 입자성장 시키는 단계;
입자성장이 이루어진 콜로이드 용액에 산(acid)을 첨가하여 울트라소닉 혼을 이용하여 콜로이드를 재분산하는 단계; 및
재분산된 콜로이드 용액을 회전농축기를 이용하여 농축시키고, 세정한 후 원심분리기를 이용하여 하얀 침전물인 TiO2 나노입자를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 산란층을 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 TiO2 에어로젤을 합성하는 단계는,
(a) 용매에 티타늄 테트라 아이소프록사이드를 첨가하여 교반하는 단계;
(b) 용매에 증류수와 산(acid)을 넣고 교반하는 단계;
(c) 상기 (a) 단계와 상기 (b) 단계에서 얻어진 용액을 혼합하여 형성한 투명한 TiO2 솔을 교반하고, 밀폐 용기에 담아 상온에서 숙성시켜 습윤젤을 형성하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 습윤젤을 초임계 건조 장치를 사용하여 초임계 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 산란층을 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계에서,
티타늄 테트라 아이소프록사이드, 증류수, 에탄올 및 산(acid)은 1:2∼4:10∼40:1×10-4∼1×10-1의 몰비로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산란층을 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 초임계 건조하는 단계는,
상기 습윤젤을 반응기에 채운 다음, 액상 이산화탄소를 반응기에 주입하여 습윤젤 내부의 용매를 이산화탄소로 치환하는 단계;
반응기 내부 압력을 이산화탄소의 임계압력 이상에서 유지하면서 상기 습윤젤 내부의 용매가 이산화탄소로 치환되게 한 후, 반응기의 온도를 올려 이산화탄소를 초임계 상태로 만들어 건조하는 단계; 및
상기 반응기의 압력을 낮추어 이산화탄소를 제거하여 TiO2 에어로젤을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산란층을 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 TiO2 페이스트를 코팅하기 전에,
상기 투명 전도성 기판을 세정하는 단계;
세정된 상기 투명 전도성 기판을 TiCl4 용액에 담구어 40∼95℃에서 1분∼12시간 동안 처리하는 단계; 및
상기 TiCl4 용액에서 상기 투명 전도성 기판을 꺼내어 세정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 산란층을 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 TiO2 후막에 염료를 흡착하는 단계 전에,
상기 TiO2 후막을 세정하는 단계;
세정된 상기 TiO2 후막을 TiCl4 용액에 담구어 40∼95℃에서 1분∼12시간 동안 처리하는 단계; 및
상기 TiCl4 용액에서 상기 TiO2 후막을 꺼내어 세정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 산란층을 이용한 염료감응형 태양전지의 제조방법.
