- 참깨를 가열하는 가열기;상기 가열기에서 볶아진 참깨를 압착하여 참기름을 추출하는 착유기; 및상기 가열기로 생참깨를 공급하는 참깨 공급관;상기 참깨 공급관의 투입구에 설치되어 생참깨를 저장하는 제1 호퍼;상기 참깨 공급관으로 바람을 불어 제1 호퍼에서 공급된 생참깨를 가열기로 이동시키는 송풍기;상기 가열기에서 배출되는 볶은 참깨를 상기 착유기로 공급하면서 상기 볶은 참깨를 냉각시키는 냉각관;상기 착유기의 투입구에 설치되어, 상기 냉각관을 통해 공급된 볶은 참깨를 저장하여 두는 제2 호퍼;상기 착유기에서 추출된 참기름을 저장하는 오일탱크;상기 착유기에서 참기름을 추출하고 남은 깻묵을 저장하는 깻묵 탱크;상기 참깨 공급관에 설치되어, 가열기로 공급되는 생참깨의 분광학적 특성을 추출하여, 원산지별 샘플 참깨의 분광학적 특성 측정 결과로부터 도출된 원산지 판별식에 대입하여 상기 참깨의 원산지를 판별하는 원산지 판별 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 참깨의 원산지 판별이 가능한 참기름 제조 시스템.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 원산지 판별 장치는NIR 분광법에 의하여 참깨의 스펙트럼을 측정하는 NIR 분광기;다수의 샘플을 이용한 원산지별 참깨의 스펙트럼 측정 결과로부터 회귀분석식에 의하여 도출된 원산지 판별식을 이용하여 상기 NIR 분광기에 의하여 측정된 참깨의 스펙트럼 측정 결과로부터 참깨의 원산지를 판별하는 제어부;상기 제어부의 원산지 판별 결과를 출력하는 출력부;상기 제어부에서 사용될 판별식 및 상기 제어부의 원산지 판별 결과를 저장하는 저장부; 및원산지 판별 처리와 관련된 사용자 명령을 입력하기 위한 입력부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 참깨의 원산지 판별이 가능한 참기름 제조 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 원산지 판별식은각 원산지별로 참깨 샘플에 대한 스펙트럼 데이터를 수집한 후, 상기 수집된 데이터를 편집하여 검량식 작성용 참깨 데이터를 추출하고, 이로부터 후보 판별식을 만든 후, 검정용 참깨 샘플을 이용하여 각 후보 판별식의 원산지 판별율을 검정하는 과정을 통해서 도출된 것임을 특징으로 하는 참깨의 원산지 판별이 가능한 참기름 제조 시스템.
