Claims (32)
- 다중-상 액상 조성물로서,전도성 액체 및 비-전도성 액체를 포함하고, 비-전도성 액체는 전도성 액체와 섞이지 않으며, 조성물의 산술 평균 동점도(kinematic viscosity)는 -20℃ 내지 +70℃의 온도 범위 내에서 1.5 cSt 내지 20 cSt이고,상기 비-전도성 액체는 디페닐디메틸게르만 또는 페닐트리메틸게르만을 포함하는, 다중-상 액상 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 조성물의 동점도는, -20℃ 내지 +70℃의 온도 범위 내에서, 3 cSt 내지 10 cSt인, 다중-상 액상 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 전도성 유체와 비-전도성 유체간의 점도 차이는, -20℃ 내지 +70℃의 온도 범위 내에서, 0 cSt 내지 ±10 cSt에 포함되는, 다중-상 액상 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 전도성 유체는, 점도-조절제로서, 알코올, 글리콜, 글리콜 에테르, 폴리올, 폴리 에테르 폴리올, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 더 포함하는, 다중-상 액상 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 비-전도성 유체 또는 전도성 유체는 산화방지제를 더 포함하는, 다중-상 액상 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 비-전도성 유체 및 전도성 유체는 산화방지제를 더 포함하는, 다중-상 액상 조성물.
- 광학 전자습윤 디바이스의 비-전도성 액체에서 디페닐디메틸게르만 또는 페닐트리메틸게르만을 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 다중-상 액상 조성물을 포함하는 광학 전자습윤 디바이스.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 광학 전자습윤 디바이스는 가변 초점 액체 렌즈, 광학 조리개, 광학 줌인, 광학 전자습윤 디바이스.
- 제 8항에 기재된 광학 전자습윤 디바이스 및 상기 디바이스를 제어하기 위한 드라이버 또는 전자 수단을 포함하는, 장치.
