Abstract
Description
상기 방열냉각부는 코어에 감기어 1차코일 또는 2차코일에서 코어로의 열전달을 차단하는 열전달 차단부재와, 코어와 열전달 차단부재 사이에 끼워져서 코어와 열전달 차단부재 사이에 공기가 흐르도록 간극을 형성함으로써 코어가 냉각되도록 하는 제1 간극부재 및, 1차코일과 2차코일 사이에 끼워져서 1차코일과 2차코일 사이에 공기가 흐르도록 간극을 형성함으로써 1차코일과 2차코일이 냉각되도록 하는 제2 간극부재를 포함할 수 있다.
Claims (8)
- 자성재료로 이루어진 코어(200)와;상기 코어(200)에 교대로 감기는 1차코일(300)과 2차코일(400); 및상기 1차코일(300) 또는 2차코일(400)에서 상기 코어(200)로의 열전달을 차단하거나 상기 1차코일(300) 또는 2차코일(400)에서 발생된 열을 냉각할 수 있도록 구성된 방열냉각부(600); 를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 방열냉각부(600)는 상기 코어(200)에 감기어 상기 1차코일(300) 또는 2차코일(400)에서 상기 코어(200)로의 열전달을 차단하는 열전달 차단부재(610)와, 상기 코어(200)와 열전달 차단부재(610) 사이에 끼워져서 상기 코어(200)와 열전달 차단부재(610) 사이에 공기가 흐르도록 간극을 형성함으로써 상기 코어(200)가 냉각되도록 하는 제1 간극부재(620) 및, 상기 1차코일(300)과 2차코일(400) 사이에 끼워져서 상기 1차코일(300)과 2차코일(400) 사이에 공기가 흐르도록 간극을 형성함으로써 상기 1차코일(300)과 2차코일(400)이 냉각되도록 하는 제2 간극부재(630)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변압기.
