도 2는 본 발명에 의한 다중 복합곡면 성형판 제조방법의 공정도에 적용되는 장치의 개략도

Claims (3)
- 다중 복합곡면 성형판의 제조방법에 있어서,
성형을 위한 금속판의 재료물성에 따른 응력변형의 데이터에 따라 목표 곡면형태로 상,하부 금형(1)(2)과 스트레칭 포밍기(3) 그리고 마킹로봇(4) 및 절단로봇(5)의 각종 작동환경 프로그램을 입력하는 프로그램 입력단계(S1)와;
프로그래밍 값에 의해 다수의 다점 성형핀(21)(11)을 각각 구동시켜 하부금형(2)의 상면 및 상부금형(1)의 하면을 특정형태의 다중 복합곡면 형태로 되게 하는 상,하부 금형 가공 대기단계(S2)와;
특정 다중 복합곡면 형태의 하부금형(2)의 상면에 금속판을 위치시킨 후, 그 양단을 다수의 스트레칭 포밍기(3)로 각각 클램핑하는 금속판 클램핑단계(S3)와;
클램핑된 금속판을 하부금형(2)의 상면에 밀착되게 스트레칭 포밍기(3)로 당겨 금속판이 하부금형(2) 상면에 밀착된 상태에서 상기 금속판 상면으로 상부금형(1)이 하강하여 상부금형(1) 하면으로 하여금 금속판 상면을 프레싱하여 다중 복합곡면형태로 성형되게 하는 스트레칭 및 프레싱단계(S4)와;
상부금형(1)이 상승한 후 마킹로봇(4)에 의해 다중 복합곡면 형태로 성형 된 금속판에 일정크기 및 형태로 마킹하는 마킹단계(S5)와;
마킹 된 금속판을 절단로봇(5)에 의해 마킹선 형태로 레이저 절단하여 최종적으로 다중 복합곡면의 성형판(6)으로 가공완료되게 하는 절단단계(S6)로 이루어지며,
상기 금속판 스트레칭 및 프레싱단계(S4)는 하부금형(2)과 금속판 사이에 소프트시트를 개재시켜 진행하고, 상기 스트레칭 포밍기(3)로 금속판을 당길 때 금속판의 항복점 및 소성점을 초과하는 힘으로 당김으로써 금속판의 스프링 백 현상이 발생하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 복합곡면 성형판 제조방법.
