Claims (10)
- 차량의 장시간 주차시, 차량에 구비되어 있는 전자유닛의 대기전류를 최소화하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연장치에 있어서,상기 전자유닛의 원격 제어신호 및 장기주차 신호를 송출하는 리모컨 단말기;제어부;상기 제어부에 네트워크를 통해 연결되며, 배터리의 전원을 공급받아 구동하되, 상기 리모컨 단말기로부터 송출되는 원격 제어신호 및 장기주차 신호를 수신받는 리모컨신호 수신 유닛을 포함하는 복수의 전자유닛; 및운전자 또는 승차자의 승하차 여부를 감지하여, 승차 신호 또는 하차 신호를 출력하는 탑승 감지부;를 포함하고,상기 제어부는,상기 탑승 감지부로부터 하차 신호가 입력되면 노말 모드를 슬립모드로 전환시키고, 슬립모드 전환 후 상기 리모컨 단말기로부터 장기주차 신호가 입력되는 경우 슬립모드를 스톱모드로 전환되도록 전체 시스템을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탑승 감지부는,차량 엔진의 시동 ON/OFF 여부를 감지하는 엔진ON/OFF 감지부; 및차량 시동키의 물리적인 시그널에 의해 도어 잠금장치의 개폐 여부를 감지하는 도어락키 감지부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 슬립모드에서 리모컨 단말기로부터 송출되는 원격 제어신호가 입력되는 경우 슬립모드에서 노멀모드로 복귀되도록 전체 시스템을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제어부는,상기 스톱모드에서 상기 도어락키 감지부에 의해 승차 신호가 입력되는 경우 스톱모드에서 노멀모드로 복귀되도록 전체 시스템을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리모컨 단말기는,MCU;원격 제어신호 및 장기주차 신호의 송수신부; 및스위치;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 리모컨 단말기의 상기 스위치를 기설정된 패턴으로 누름에 따라,상기 송수신부를 통해 상기 전자유닛의 원격 제어신호 또는 장기주차 신호가 송출되도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 리모컨 단말기에서,상기 스위치는 상기 전자유닛의 원격 제어신호를 출력하되,상기 장기주차 신호를 출력하는 장기주차 설정스위치;를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연장치.
- 차량의 장시간 주차시, 차량에 구비되어 있는 전자유닛의 대기전류를 최소화하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연방법에 있어서,(1) 제어부는, 탑승 감지부에 의해 하차 신호가 수신되는지를 판단하는 단계;(2) 상기 제어부는, 하차 신호가 수신되는 경우 노멀모드를 슬립모드로 전환시키는 단계;(3) 상기 제어부는, 리모컨 단말기로부터 장기주차 신호가 수신되는지를 판단하는 단계; 및(4) 상기 제어부는, 장기주차 신호가 수신되는 경우 슬립모드를 스톱모드로 전환시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,(5) 상기 제어부는, 스톱모드에서 탑승 감지부로부터 승차 신호가 수신되는지를 판단하는 단계; 및(6) 상기 제어부는, 승차 신호가 수신되는 경우 상기 스톱모드에서 노멀모드로 전환시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제어부는, 슬립모드 상태에서 원격 제어신호가 입력되는지를 판단하는 단계;상기 제어부는, 원격 제어신호가 입력되는 경우 슬립모드를 노멀모드로 전환시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 배터리 방전 지연방법.
