Claims (3)
- 건물 옥상(R)에 설치되는 태양광 발전장치(10)에 있어서,다수개의 프레임(22a)을 연결하여 구성된 전면판(20a)과, 상기 전면판(20a)의 배면에 위치하고 금속판이나 플라스틱판을 절개하여 형성된 후면판(20b), 상기 전면판(20a)과 후면판(20b)을 연결하는 부분에 장착되는 연결부재(20c)로 이루어진 본체(20)와,상기 전면판(20a)의 상, 하에 각각 고정장착하고 내측을 향해 개방형성되는 공간부(32)의 수평길이방향으로 적어도 하나 이상의 구획판(34)을 장착하여 이동공간(36)을 형성하는 상·하 가이드 레일(30)과,상기 상·하 가이드 레일(30)의 이동공간(36)에 각각 장착하여 좌, 우 슬라이딩 작동시 연동작동하면서 접었다 펼쳐지는 다수개의 집광체(40)와,상기 전면판(20a)과 후면판(20b)의 저면에 다수개수를 장착하여 상기 본체(20)의 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 한 위치조절수단(50)을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 집광체(40)는,소정의 면적을 가지고 상면에 다수의 솔라셀(60)이 부착되는 수평부(41)와,상기 수평부(41)의 내측 끝단에 하부를 향해 절곡 돌출형성되는 삽입부(42) 와,상기 수평부(41)의 외측 끝단에 상·하부를 향해 절곡 돌출형성되는 돌기부(43)와,상기 수평부(41)의 상, 하에 체결구(45)를 통해 고정결합되고 상, 하, 외면에는 롤러(46)가 구비되는 이동레일(44)을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 위치조절수단(50)은,상기 전면판(20a)을 구성하는 상, 하 보강프레임(24a, 26a)에 수평길이방향으로 다수개의 제 1 높이부재(50a)와 다수개의 제 2 높이부재(50b)를 장착하고, 상기 후면판(20b)의 저면 길이방향으로 다수개의 제 3 높이부재(50c)를 장착하되,상기 높이부재(50a, 50b)는 건물 옥상(R)에 고정되는 지지판(52)과 상기 지지판(52)의 상부에 위치하고 내부에 장착되는 유·공압실린더(56)가 전면판(20a)과 후면판(20b)에 결합되는 지지바(54)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 발전장치.
