Claims (9)
- 폐기물 용융슬래그 30∼50 중량부, 분쇄유리 15∼25 중량부, 파우더유리 25∼35 중량부, 베이스 수지 5∼15 중량부 및 경화제 1∼3 중량부를 혼합하는 단계;상기 혼합된 혼합물을 프레스로 압축하는 단계; 및상기 압축된 혼합물을 80∼90℃에서 양생하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 용융슬래그를 이용한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양생된 인조대리석을 연마하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 용융슬래그를 이용한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 연마단계는 상기 양생된 인조대리석을 다이아몬드 또는 세라믹 연마석으로 연마하고, 그 다음에 유리광택용 셀륨옥사이드가 혼합된 광판으로 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 용융슬래그를 이용한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압축단계는 진공 프레스를 사용해서 1400∼1600 psi의 압력으로 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 용융슬래그를 이용한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양생단계는 30분 내지 1시간 동안 양생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 용융슬래그를 이용한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폐기물 용융슬래그는 생활폐기물, 산업폐기물, 의료폐기물 및 소각재의 용융슬래그 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 폐기물 용융슬래그를 이용한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베이스 수지는 불포화 에스테르수지, 아크릴계수지, 에폭시수지, 멜라민수지 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 용융슬래그를 이용한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 혼합단계는 상기 혼합물의 비중을 조절하기 위한 충진제로서 탄산칼슘, 수산화알루미늄, 실리카, 알루미나, 수산화마그네슘, 바륨, 경탄, 석분 및 이산화티탄 중 적어도 하나를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기물 용융슬래그를 이용한 인조대리석의 제조방법.
- 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폐기물 용융슬래그를 이용한 인조대리석의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 인조대리석.
