Claims (5)
- 환형의 금속기어로 이루어지고 복수의 치형이 회전가능하게 설치되는 휠커플러와;상기 휠커플러의 금속기어 치형에 양 극성이 각각 대응되게 복수로 굴절된 기어치형의 환형으로 이루어지고, 상기 휠커플러의 금속기어 면상에 배치되되, 상기 휠커플러의 회전에 의해 양극 간의 차폐 면적변화가 상반되게 정면상에서 상기 휠커플러의 치형 하나에 해당하는 거리만큼 양극 간에 비틀어진 상태로 배치되어 차동신호를 일으키는 제1수신코일 및 제2수신코일과;상기 제1수신코일 및 제2수신코일에 연결되어 상기 제1수신코일 및 제2수신코일에서 유발되는 차동신호를 연산 처리하여 출력하는 신호처리기를 포함하는 인덕티브형 휠스피드센서.
- 환형의 금속기어로 이루어지고 복수의 치형이 회전가능하게 설치되는 휠커플러와;상기 휠커플러의 금속기어 치형 하나에 대응되게 굴절된 형태로, 상기 휠커플러의 회전에 따라 양극 간에 차폐되는 면적의 변화가 상반되도록 양 극성의 중앙에 접지선을 공유하는 제1수신코일 및 제2수신코일이 복수로 구비되되, 각각 45°씩 위상차이를 가지도록 4쌍이 중첩되게 상기 휠커플러의 면상에 배치되어 차동신호를 일으키는 수신코일부와;상기 수신코일부의 제1수신코일 및 제2수신코일마다 연결되어 각각의 상기 제1수신코일 및 제2수신코일로부터 일어나는 차동신호를 연산 처리하여 출력하는 신호처리기를 포함하는 인덕티브형 휠스피드센서.

- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 신호처리기는 각각 상기 제1수신코일과 제2수신코일로부터 얻어진 신호를 더하는 가산기와, 상기 제1수신코일과 제2수신코일로부터 얻어진 신호를 감산하는 감산기와, 상기 가산기로부터 얻어진 값과 감산기로부터 얻어진 값을 승산하며 저역통과필터가 연결되는 제1승산기와, 상기 감산기로부터 얻어진 값을 제곱하며 저역통과필터가 연결되는 제2승산기와, 상기 제1승산기로부터 얻어진 값을 제2승산기로부터 얻어진 값으로 나누는 제산기를 포함하는 인덕티브형 휠스피드센서.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 신호처리기는 상기 제산기로부터 출력되는 값에 기준전압을 곱하여 출력하는 제3승산기를 더 포함하는 인덕티브형 휠스피드센서.
